“I visited today to have the mirena coil fitted. I was met at reception and asked to provide a urine sample and then to take a seat in the waiting room. I was waiting only about 5 minutes before being called through by a nurse called Marie. I was really anxious about the procedure and had been working myself up the whole morning and evening before. Marie was an absolute professional and was so reassuring. She really managed to put me at ease and the procedure itself from start to finish was only a few minutes. The start was very similar to having a smear test and the placement of the coil itself was only mildly uncomfortable (like quite a strong period cramp) and only lasted a few seconds. I took paracetamol and ibuprofen beforehand which I think helped. I have never given birth so was expecting it to be incredibly painful but the whole experience couldn't have been more different from how I'd imagined it would be. My only criticism is that the waiting time to get the appointment was around 2 months (apparently due to covid). I suppose that sort of thing is out of the individual clinics control though so I am still giving a 5 star review. All of the staff I came into contact with today were so kind and treated me with absolute dignity. Thank you for making an anxious time as bearable as possible and in particular a huge thank you to Marie, you were great!”

“Pre-pandemic I had my dentist in London but after working from home, I needed to find one local and I’m glad I chose Yew Tree dental. I just had an initial appointment with Dr Natasha and it went incredibly well. She ran through my dental history, took her time to explain what she was doing and gave great advice on what do post check-up. The reception team were great too. As soon as I got in, I was checked in within seconds.”

From their lovely new building, they are well placed to give each dog individual time and devotion as well as feedback to owners at pick up time! During the recent heatwave they’ve kept the dogs cool and safe and following minor injuries twice this year, they’ve given special care to my eldest dog and ensured he had only gentle exercise on lead. This has all been a great comfort me. Great place, great team and happy dogs!”

“Milo absolutely loves going to daycare - so much so he picks a toy to take with him every day and he carries his bag into the car. The staff in daycare and in the kennels are so friendly and really do care for the dogs. It has enabled my puppy to become more sociable with other dogs too. The only issue is entering the car park - it’s been really dangerous entering and leaving so when doing so please be careful as there is a major blind spot and the location is on a road that is national speed limit. Thank you so much for being so lovely to the dogs but also to the owners!”
