Receptionists are really friendly to speak to and they are very accommodating. The practice is very busy but in my opinion, they manage it really well! “My 2018 Volvo XC60 needed all 4 wheels refurbed due to kerbing, scuffing, etc. and had sustained damage to the bumper. The wheels are now like new, and instead of having to replace the bumper Barry and the team were able to repair and respray - again, it's like new. They also went over the whole car 'sorting' chips and scratches, and even cleaned it! The car was finished on schedule and at the price quoted. I highly recommend 'SortMyCar', although I hope to not need their services for at least a while!”

“When our previous practice management, tax return and accounts production software became prohibitively expensive, I canvassed views from other practitioners and the overwhelming recommendation was BTC for everything except accounts production, which they didn't have at the time. Although I wasn't keen on a non-integrated solution the cost savings were huge so I bit the bullet. What I found was that not only is BTC simpler to use and just as comprehensive as our previous system in the areas it covered, it also integrates quite seamlessly into the AP package we took on at the same time. For probably 20% of the price, it does a better job! I still don't like the AP package we chose but it works, just a bit clunky. When I get time I must try the BTC equivalent which has now been launched. I also need to comment on the BTC customer service and technical support. Our IT providers 'upgraded' our server and messed up access to the BTC history files. Going far beyond the call of duty, BTC worked with them to fix everything that had been messed up, so that within a couple of days everything was working smoothly again. The only reason I rate BTC 5 stars is because there isn't a 6 to choose.”

The vet explains everything to me in a simple way, have been to previous vets and they were too medical. I am not stupid but have no medical training! “Sarah and the team at Woodham Lane Vets have been wonderful with Bella, she had a large cyst that other vets said they had to amputate a toe to get rid of it. Sarah happily gave me a second opinion and was reassuring, Bella now has all of her toes and no cyst! The care we received was second to none and the advice and follow up care was brilliant! Amy and Patsy were always friendly and helpful and Bella got lots of snuggles!
