D & M London Cleaning Ltd.
● Closed“Maria & Daniel cleaned my flat before I moved out and they did the most amazing job. It was spotless! Not only do they have a lovely warm personality but they are by far the best priced cleaning company in London. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone looking for a trustworthy and hardworking team.”

● Closed“I have used many cleaning services before but Cleaning Circle are the best. Their staff are polite and friendly, punctual, hardworking and thorough. They pick things up quickly and get on with it. They also have provided me with a replacement where needed and respond to communication promptly. I continue to use them and am very happy to recommend them.”

Galvin La Chapelle
● Closed“We were using a gift voucher, and I was worried that this might mean we received less good service, but I was delighted to find I was wrong. Although reserving a table had been difficult/a hassle, when we eventually went, it was lovely. The staff were attentive and friendly, and the voucher had been logged on their system, so they knew which menu to offer us. Our meal was delicious, and the ambiance was perfect: comfy seats, pretty table decorations, cool air (it was a very hot day!) The washrooms were clean. We were offered still/sparkling water, which was an additional cost to the voucher, but I assume we could have asked for tap water. My only criticism is that my meal included what was described as ‘caramelised potato.’ It was a chewy dried out vegetable of indiscernible type. Definitely did not resemble potato. It was difficult to cut, and strange to eat, a little like eating a courgette which has been dehydrated. The chef might like to rethink that one. The dessert was delicious, a combination of apricot, almond and white chocolate. It also had blobs of white bread—which seemed to serve no purpose. The portions were small, this wouldn’t fill up a hungry diner (though plenty of bread was offered). This is somewhere to savour food and enjoy the experience. Definitely worth a visit.”

Duchess Theatre
● Closed“The show was super fantastic. The Play Goes Wrong. The bar was very good, too. I bought a salted caramel popcorn. I put it under my seat. When the lights turned on and I wanted to take out my popcorn a real mouse ran out. But okay, because she was cute and hungry. ...and this night the thing went wrong, anyway. The theatre was clean and really everything was top level.”

The Criterion Theatre
● Open“The theatre is gorgeous and typical Victorian theatre. It's underground so steps down to all levels. It's quite small theatre compared to some others. We went to see 2:22 with Tom Felton and Mandip Gill. For a change the tickets weren't overpriced so we were in stalls row B. Super close up for Tom! All 4 main actors were fab! Totally loved it - no story spoilers. Highly recommend you go see this!”

The Old Red Lion
● Closed“Popped in for a Sunday roast and was very impressed! Staff really friendly and welcoming, and a good range of beers. Sitting by the window with the rain pouring down was cosy. I had roast pork belly which was a generous portion, tender and well seasoned. Really tasty gravy, and we were offered extra part way through demolishing our meals. A real contender for best roast locally alongside the Prince of Wales - I’ll certainly be back.”

The Boleyn Tavern
● Closed“Went here on a trip from peterborough to see our son and daughter in law, been looking forward to it since it has been done up. The truly traditional makeover is brilliant, little snugs, great choice of beers, staff so friendly and dog friendly, even a nice traditional fireplace. Not normally a sports pub as such I an told even though though back to the days of the West Ham games, but FIFA World Cup screened at the moment. We all had a meal too, not Michelin but it is pub grub after all , the Chicken Kiev was not good, Pork chops great and fish and chips average.. however just a great experience and place overall.”

The Blackfriar
● Closed“The Blackfriar gets it's name as it was built on the site of an old monastery. When you walk in the first thing you do is look around you everywhere as it is stunning. It is part of the Nicholson chain of pubs so it does decent food, I had a vegetable&lentil pie and it set me up well for a day of drinking! In the 1960's The Blackfriar was nearly lost to redevelopment, which goes to show how fragile the future of pubs even the most historic can be. It is conveniently located across the road from...you guessed it Blackfriars Station, it is on the Thameslink or the London Underground.”

SYK Cleaning
● Closed“I booked this service and found them to be very responsive at the beginning. The cleaning team arrived early, and were fully equipped to complete the job required. I found them to be very efficient and also found them to be the cheapest I could find. I would absolutely book this service again. They did an end of tenancy cleaning for a fully carpeted, 2 bed, 2 bath house and it was done in 3 hours. The carpets were steam cleaned. The landlord said that it is immaculate.”

The Tap on the Line, Kew
● Closed“The food was cooked to perfection, we had Sunday roast, fish and chips and veggie salad and everything was just unexpectedly good. Flavors with many layers of spices and textures, quality of ingredients - everything came together so well! The service was a bit slow thought because the place was very busy but the food was worth every second of wait.”
