Although I did not manage to get through to them via mobile or their direct line, a young man called Aiden (sorry if I spelt that wrong) telephoned back almost immediately and spoke in a very professional manner. A time was arranged for him to come and look at the guttering around my home the very next day. He was on time, well spoken, friendly and very professional. Luckily, he had a slot within a few days in which he could come and clean them - Result! The gutters are clean!!!!! Thank you Aiden and Beyond Reach Cleaning Co. They did have to come twice in the end as the gutter still wasn't entirely fixed but both times they were extremely prompt and got the job done quickly, with attention to detail.
