“I was having back & neck issues due to trapped nerve/s leading to tingling hands and foot. Martina was thorough, knowledgable and supportive. She would work on getting mobility and give me stretches & exercises as needed that fit my schedule to help me progress. Part way through the series I booked with her I fractured my ankle, and she just adjusted my exercises so I could continue manage my initial issues (where those symptoms were 90% resolved and up to me to manage ingoing) then also helped in managing and treating my foot too. I would highly recommend Martina to anyone (!!!) & I would absolutely go back to her again if I had the need. Thanks Martina! (From Yvette)”

“Parking is 50p for 1 hour. Kids splash park open over summer and is fairly clean and not too busy. Tennis courts are nice. Gym stuff available and a big kids playground and a little kids one - equipment is nicely kept. There are kayak rentals, and mini golf. Nice seating by the river and the cafe isn't a complete ripoff but it does have limited veggie options. Toilets I've luckily never been in since I was a kid but I imagine they're as good as you'll get in a public park in this area. Massive green spaces and a straight path in the middle where I learned to ride a bike and now 25+ years later am teaching my son to ride. This park is great.”

“The head swimming coach Fiona handled my issue with diligence, kindness, supportive and professionalism… my daughter now has a new coach thanks to Fiona who is beyond brilliant. I would highly recommend swimming lessons at Spelthorne leisure centre … Hannah is kind, focused and really pushes my child to do her best - which enhances her love for swimming now.
