Samantha is so friendly and even if I don’t get to see her each week, she knows where I am regarding my recovery, as soon as I arrive and then improves my progress by the end of the session. All with praise, encouragement and getting me to believe I could get full recovery in my hand, which I don’t get from any other physio appointments I have elsewhere. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! “Great experience at Peloton Bluewater. Joshua has been amazing since day one. We originally visited the store to compare the bike and bike+. Joshua took the time to take us through the pro's and con's of both - not trying to sell the most expensive option, but what might be best for us. A few months later we were ready to order and Joshua helped process and track throughout. We unfortunately had to reject the first delivery due to a missing part, however Joshua was there every step to do what he could to get the bike redelivered quickly. My only recommendation to Peloton is to add an alternatively delivery service that can deliver outside of working hours/at the weekends.”
