“Wonderful brunch with friends here on Sunday. They have plenty of seating, some fantastic breakfast/brunch options and really speedy and friendly service. Coffee was also good so we were very impressed with our visit and will definitely return to check out the champagne brunch deal (any breakfast dish, glass of champagne and juice or coffee for £17.95) Tip- if you’re driving into town then it’s best to park at the Castle Street or Sydenham Road car park and wander down to the restaurant.”

“Finally dropped by at the shop at Woodbridge Road, Guildford. Was greeted by Harry, a friendly and very patient young man. Harry was quick to pick up what my preferences are. With nothing in mind of buying anything, I ended by six different bottles Harry recommended. Though I have yet to try the wines bought, it was money happily spent!”

“Discovered this amazing, local florist about two years ago; great range of flowers (both cut and living plants), all the bits and bobs for an average garden. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable and we visit regularly. They also have seeds for a vegetable patch that our two boys love choosing and planting. Overall, excellent family-run garden center with excellent customer care; and it getting better and better!”

“Well furnished, comfortable rooms which are very quiet and you don't need to be a plumber to work the shower ! Lots of choice for breakfast which was plentiful, well cooked and presented. We will definitely stay again.”

“It's a small & bit quite local bar. We visited it just for tge name sake. It has a garden at the back. One snooker table. Parking on the street is limited and free in the evening.”
