“One if the best Thai food restaurant in town. Food is delicious, staff is very nice and friendly, quick service and the place is very neat and clean. Have visited them few times in last 2 months.”
Oriental Spices
“Excellent Chinese takeaway, food is always good at very a good price. I can thoroughly recommend this Chinese takeaway to anyone. They have a very good delivery service.”
Med Salleh Kopitiam
“By far the best and most authentic Malaysian food I have tasted in the UK! A Malaysian myself, being away from home I often find it quite difficult to satisfy the cravings of food from home. However, the food I had at Med Salleh really hit the spot and also impressed my mum, who cooks good Malaysian food herself! As well as satisfying my own cravings, I love sharing Malaysian food with my friends who have never been to Malaysia, or who are curious about the cuisine. Findings authentic Malaysian flavours in the UK hasn't been easy. Numerous times I found myself sat across friends in other Malaysian restaurants saying "I promise its 100% better in Malaysia" as they excitedly tried the food. Now, having tasted the food at Med Salleh I'd be happy to bring my friends here to eat and tell them that this is what Malaysian food tastes like. Not only is the food authentic but the hospitality of the staff and Med Salleh himself made our dinning experience one to remember. I would highly recommend dinning here to anyone missing Malaysian food, and even more-so to those who want to taste authentic Malaysian food without having to pay for a £1,000 flight there! If you're unsure of what to order, in my opinion you can't go wrong with the Hainanese Chicken Rice or the Char Kuey Teow.”
The Village Panda
“Best Chinese takeaway in North London. Delicious, fresh and always arrives hot - unlike most other places. Complimentary banana bread with my last order was a lovely touch. Can’t recommend highly enough”
Oriental Kitchen
“Best takeaway choice in London thankyou for feeding us every Friday for the last 6 years very good value”
Ma La Sichuan
“Awesome restaurant! The food was very tasty and just the right amount of spiciness (in my opinion)! The staff was eager to help and the food came in a reasonable time. The place also had nice decoration. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.”
Three Uncles
“Popped by for lunch and got the 2 meat lunch box set (roast duck and crispy roast pork). Portions were decent compared to other canto bbq lunch restaurants in London. The meats were also top standard for lunch and you also get a portion of veg. Decent amount of seating and the place in general is very clean with a modern interior. The service is very friendly. My only comment is their additional sauces are 1 pound each which is too expensive in my opinion.”
Wing Lee
“Having lived in multiple UK cities this is by far and away the best Chinese takeaway I’ve ever come across. Luckily I still have family close by which allows me the occasional visit to Wing Lee. Highly recommend!”
Pagoda Inn
“Best Chinese, never go anywhere else, would rather not have chinese than order elsewhere. Never had a bad meal and been using 10 years +”
Marugame Udon
“Brilliant place to eat. Low cost and pretty decent food. Will deffo be going back in the future. Service was quick and easy. The ice cream machine was a bit dodgy tho.”

Peking Palace
“Always a Reliable Choice. We've been using this Chinese Takeaway for many years and never had a disappointing meal. Quick & accurate on the phone, pleasant service and food ready in about 20 minutes; Always fresh, hot and good. Portion sizes are large and prices seem fine to me. I can strongly recommend this place, call them up when passing Rayners Lane on the Met and your dinner is ready for collection as you pass the shop.”
Oriental Palace
“My favourite Chinese delivery in the area. Food is always of a high quality, delivered quickly and full of flavour. It's never too greasy like you find some Chinese meals. Prices are also really competitive. I would highly recommend!”

Peninsula Wembley(Malaysian Street Food)
“Found this gem just by a chance last Monday. Was not really hungry so we thought just order 2 dishes and 3 of us could share but when they said their roti canai were freshly made not the frozen ones, we gave in. We ordered banana leaves w mutton, nasi lemak beef rendang & roti canai w chicken curry. OMG the mutton curry was out of this world! Just like mom’s cooking! And a big shoutout to the beef rendang! Hit all the spots. We can taste the TLC in that beef rendang! Feel like raya ok! Enough said. Roti + chicken curry didnt disappoint as well. We were happy campers! Keep up the good work guys. We’ll definitely be back whenever we’re London! Or a branch in Birmingham perhaps? We totally had our epic ‘Le Festin’ moments that day. Thanks for the such lovely food!”
Tay Tar Thai
“Absolutely delicous food , very kind and professional staff. The only request would be to be able to offer gratuities when you pay by card, as didn't had cash on me and really wanted to leave a tip for the outstanding food and service.”
Seoul Matjib 서울맛집
“Best korean restaurant I have ever been. Everything was fresh, tasty and authentic. ❤️”
Tuk Tuk Thai Cuisine
“Edit 11 April: just ordered from Tuk Tuk for the third time and omg whomever was cooking tonight, kudos to them! Absolutely incredible and took me right back to Thailand! Loved the Tom yum rice and the chilli and basil pork stir fry with coconut rice!!! Holy WOW!!! 5 star and the best Thai takeaway in the area! Ordered drunken noodles, pad Thai and tom yum fried rice from here and I have to say, whilst it’s one of the best Thai’s in the area (Purley is seriously lacking), it could still be better. The pad Thai was lovely with lovely large prawns but the sauce tasted like it was from a jar rather than authentic tamarind. The drunken noodles were smokey and didn’t taste like authentic pad kee mow, but the Tom yum fried rice, in spite of not being fully authentic, was amazing! Really good flavours and good sized prawns. Overall, it tastes like someone not Thai, making Thai food. Apologies if this is incorrect, but just the way it came across in the cooking. Yes, I would definitely order from Tuk Tuk again as it was mega tasty, but it’s personally not authentic enough to satisfy my Thai craving.”
Dilara Uyghur Restaurant
“Very authentic and really tasty! Lamb skewers are a must and the milk tea is wonderful too! All dishes come with generous portions and I wished I could try a few more dishes but I got so full!”
Van Hing
“The food is always consistently delicious. The staff are lovely and the prices are very reasonable. I love the chicken pho, the meat spring rolls especially.”
Tay Do Restaurant (Kingsland Road)
“Yummy food, fair prices and great BYOB policy. Normally quite busy so the waiting staff are sometimes spread thin but they are very helpful”
Tea house Chinese restaurant天府掌柜
“One of my favourite Dim Sum restaurants in London. This restaurant is like a hidden gem! I know Dim Sum should be eaten with people together, but I go there alone whenever I want and have three or four dim sums by myself. The staff are friendly and always take care of me, so I enjoy eating by myself. Many Chinese restaurants use plastic teacups, plates, and spoons, but they use pottery tableware here, which gives me a warm welcome. When I miss oriental food, I go here to have good quality food.”
Big Cheeks Thai
“Really delicious food and lovely staff. Pictured for starters are pork skewers with coriander sauce (delicious!!) and chicken satay skewers. Mains were thai green curry with chicken, and thai red curry with duck, lychee and pineapple (the sweetness of the fruit really cut through the richness of the curry. Would defo recommend.”
Green Papaya
“Ordered from UberEats, the food are well packed and nicely presented. Really delicious! A lot of tofu in Bun Xa, fresh and very flavoursome. Good portion of Aubergine. Literately ordered again within a few days because it’s just so tasty!”
China Kitchen
“Been eating there since i move in brimsdown let me tell you that their food are just amazing friendly staff n super clean highly recommended”
The Bamboo Garden
“Tried this place for the first time, everything was delicious. The food was cooked just how I like Chinese (some places rice and noodles etc not the same) Spotless inside, and a (legit)5 rated food & hygiene, which is very reassuring. This is now my new local.”
