“A fine Japanese katsu curry in the heart of Farringdon. I’ve always walked past this little joint and on my way back home I found there was no queue and decided to eat. There are numerous options inside and my favourite is katsu. For the portion size, location this is good value. All in for £8.30 The service is prompt and polite and I sat outdoors where there are small seating areas. Highly recommended considering it’s always busy and represents good value for money!”

“First time I ever ate Ethiopian food and it did not disappoint. The Red Sea platter was fantastic and I became addicted to the flatbread. I also ordered a side of grilled chicken expecting something quite small and what came out was basically the equivalent of a quarter chicken serving from Nandos plus a side salad...this side had a side! Portions are generous, service is friendly and it had a nice community atmosphere.”

The namesake pita was hot, crisp on the outside and soft and fluffy in the middle, the salad was delicious. My only complaint is the drives could have been more seasoned. Excellent service despite it being extremely busy.”

Little bit of a funky system to order, you get a notepad and a pen and you just write down what you want and hand it to geezer when he walks past - took us a minute to figure out what was going on (guess we’re not the brightest) but is a great system because you can just take your time and order what you like whenever you want. The food comes out really quickly too. What I also loved was that he came back over to tell us we’d ordered way too much food, which he didn’t need to do but it saved on so much waste. And you only need to take a look at the 1 star reviews to notice how psychologically unstable the people who don’t like this place are… some weird people around in woolwich I guess.”

“I ordered what I always orser from any takeaway... King prawn biriany and King prawn butterfly which was accompanied by a tub of mint sauce and salad. I also recieved a complimentary poppadom. The food was absolutely delicious I couldn't fault it if I tried. Mint sauce was sweet went well with the poppadom. Food was delivered on time and presentation was spot on. Would highly recommend to have a go. (Unfortunately couldn't take any pics..... greed got the best of me...”

Food is cooked in Punjabi/North Indian style so very different from other places in Wembley/Ealing road. It tastes fresh and the prices are very reasonable. We get the paneer butter masala and Dal makhani once a week but their daily veg is also delicious. I had the best bhaingan bharta and aloo gobhi here. It's like your mom cooked it! Also has a huge range of sweets and do lassi and chai too so you can get everything in one place.”
