“This cafe holds a very special place in my heart. I've been a regular there for over 5 years. First thing in the morning on my morning commute, I'd sometimes be the first customer of the day. I ordered the same drink for all 5 years and it's always as good as the first time. Here's a little tip for any customer: don't give the baristas a hard time, they are human too. If you give them a hard time, the coffee won't be as good as it can be. They do what they do for you, and having been to this cafe for as long as I have, I've gotten to know a few of the baristas, and they are genuinely great people. During Winter, the vibe here is amazing. For me, the best time to go is early in the morning, when the cafe is quiet, and the music is your company. You really get to soak in the peaceful atmosphere before you start your day. I've also tried a good selection of the coffee, including the limited time coffee. The Black Forest Mocha is the best.”

“Absolutely fantastic coffee shop. They have delicious coffee and pastry. It's our regular stop in Hanwell. All the coffee is so nice like Americano, latte, flat white. The cakes are always nice. I love the carrot cakes, cheesecakes, Victoria sponge, dates and walnut cake and so on. We tried them all :) the interior is also so calm and well designed. The only thing is the broken of wifi. I think that's an essential for a coffee shop.”

“I always come to this costa quite regularly I am a costa addict. I love this costa so much the staff are really friendly and they practically know my order off by heart now. They are really efficient and quick at making my order and they're always really polite. “My positive review is for a lovely lady called Valerie. I stopped off to shop in the store, the shop was busy and under staffed as usual however Valerie made me smile with the service she delivered. I was pleasantly welcomed by Valerie who continued to charm me throughout the service she delivered with her care, concern and humour. It is nice to see workers of an older generation still given the chance of employment and you could tell Valerie enjoys her job including interacting with customers. “Staff are amazing. Lovely and very welcoming. That young indian boy is very generous and kind as well as the blond lady. They give me enough time to pack my laptop and other things away as they remind everyone 20min before that they are closing. Coffee is amazing too better than any other costa i have been to. Also left a £2 tip for the 2 that were working. If you see this keep up the good work!!”

“Fancied a dessert with my family. Really nice polite guys working there. They made so much effort with our desserts, sundaes, crepes and waffles all fresh, tasted awesome. For a small place it was a little gem for the taste of food! Would pay double the price for a lot less in creams.”

While you visit the store, you can also visit the kulcha place nearby and complete your shopping experience. Decent amount of Parking is available nearby !”
