Scott went above and beyond to reset a stone that kept becoming loose in my ring and, in doing so, identified in seconds what was wrong with the existing setting (which no one had done previously) and completely rebuilt the clasps – all in a day. I’m not sure what I expected other than a more secure stone, but the end result is staggering and still blows my mind – I love it. He clearly has a genuine passion for his work, and a rare understanding of intricate and careful workmanship. I was really impressed by the team’s clear emphasis on integrity and longevity rather than quick fixes. The turnaround was efficient, the pricing was transparent and competitive, and the environment was open and not at all pressurised. It’s also amazing to see the workshop on site! I found Hatton Garden Workshop on Google and chose them because of the stellar reviews there – and my expectations have been completely exceeded by the service I got. “I got my ears pierced here (i would defo recommend increasing the SEO on this as I nearly forgot this was a service!) and the manager Cerys was extremely professional. During my visit a queue quickly formed, but despite this Cerys made sure I was 100% happy with the positioning of where I wanted my ears pieced, remaining very polite, patient, and incredibly friendly the entire time. Of no one’s fault, the piercing gum decided to play up, but Cerys and the team on the floor continued to provide an exceptional service, thank you all. The staff member was alone in store at the time, so we couldn't have two assistants to pierce one ear each at the same time as planned, but this ended in my Daughter making a brave decision...
