“Very conveniently situated right in the middle of Hornchurch High Street. Very pleasant inside, very welcoming and the music system is not too intrusive. Nice. Would recommend the steak & ale pie with either chips or side salad. Very pleasant and helpful staff. I would say that Hornchurch town is blessed to have this traditional pub right on its doorstep and right next to Sainsburys. ROD UK.”

“Just enjoyed a lovely lunch at Onyx. Fabulous food and excellent service. Highly recommend the scallop starter and the pork cheek pasta and mussels, they also have delicious side dishes particularly the mushrooms, zucchini and spinach. Great choice of food and drink and our waiter whose name I didn’t catch but think he said K or Kai couldn’t do enough for us. Friendly, courteous and polite, I have nothing negative to say. Thank you, we had a great time.”

“Had a lovely, authentic Thai dinner at the restaurant. Great service, short wait for food, generous portions, dishes are incredibly tasty and not difficult to digest as in other places. Fresh vegetables and food made from scratch in store. What else? Delicious puddings and not expensive at all - great value. Will be back soon.”
