Bhavins Food
● Open193-197 Upper Tooting Road, London SW17 7TG, United Kingdom“The range and quality of the fresh veg is the best in South London and amongst the best in the country. Lovely people too. Such a pleasure to shop here. It must be the only or one of very few places in Europe that sells Rutalu (Dioscorea Alata or Purple Yam or Ube). I'm just so grateful that I can eat this in the UK.”

Citadines Apart'hotel Barbican London
● Open“My fiance and I were visiting London for the first time and this was an amazing location. 1. The rooms are fantastic. They have a fridge, stove top, and a microwave. It comes with dishes and a laundry machine on site 2. It's about a 20 minute train ride to all the major attractions in London. 3. The general area is very quite. If you are looking for an area with a lot of action, I would stay somewhere else. But it noise is a concern to you, this is the best location you can ask for. 4. Best thing if all is that the price was great. I booked for August, and it was comparably the best price I got from comparing to other locations. If you want to be in a busier area, then I would skip this location. But if space, quality of room, and price are a priority, have this place as a top pick.”

Ashton Burkinshaw Letting Agents Tonbridge
● Open“My property has been in the hands of AshtonBurkinshaw since 2002 (Douglas Rogers at the time) for renting out, over nearly 20 years. I would like to thank all the staff who have taken care of the property, the tenants, and myself over these years. As far as I remember there has never been a hitch and any works to be carried out on the property were taken on with responsible companies. There was barely a time when there were no tenants, and AB were prompt in keeping it occupied and under control. I am very appreciative of your commitment and will recommend you 100%.”

Spencer James Residential
● Open“Selling a property is always a stressful and convoluted process, but Thomas Cann at Spencer James made it a lot more bearable and straightforward. Tom is an exceptionally dedicated professional and has an excellent knowledge of the market. He gave me plenty of very useful advice throughout the process, and was always extremely responsive; I never had to wait for more than a few hours for a reply. Tom won’t hesitate to go the extra mile for his clients: even when he was on annual leave he kept in touch with me, organised viewings and managed to find a buyer within a few days. All in all an excellent experience that deserves a lot more than 5 stars. Thanks again Tom.”

Moxy London Heathrow Airport
● Open“Just came here for a cuppa hot chocolate with my partner. Place is fantastic to chill or even for a quick date. So chill and relaxing. The only disadvantage of it is that a chocolate is £4 and if you want a flavour, it's an additional £2. For a small cup of hot chocolate £6 is too much compared to other big brand coffee stores, but the taste of chocolate was nice.”

Shendish Manor Hotel & Golf Course
● Open“A traditional hotel, clean room, comfy bed, good facilities, friendly staff, decent breakfast. Great value if you can get a good price. All very competent and exactly as expected - and to be honest probably totally forgettable, I doubt I will remember staying here. It was convenient and I would definitely stay here again if in the area (as long as Google reminds me that I've been here!)”

Beckenham Park Hotel
● Open“This was my favourite place to stay on our holiday to the UK. So much so that I came back for the last two nights, in order to prepare for the long flight home. Friendly, happy staff who run a clean and homely place to stay. Walking distance to anything one could possibly need, with Beckenham being one of the more relaxed towns that I visited. I couldn't have asked for more, I hope that one day I'll return.”

3 Merchant Square
● OpenLondon W2 1AZ, United Kingdom“From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Looking down Kingdom Street from the amphitheatre in Sheldon Square, PaddingtonCentral The Paddington Waterside Partnership is the body coordinating regeneration of the Paddington Special Policy Area around Paddington Station in London. The project covers an area almost the size of Soho, creating about 10,000,000 square feet (930,000 m2) of space between 1998 and 2018. It consists of 13 individual projects in the triangle of land between Praed Street, Westbourne Terrace and the A40 Westway, most notably PaddingtonCentral and Paddington Basin. In 2000, the Independent described it as "the largest central London redevelopment scheme since the Second World War".[1] Contents 1 History 2 Projects 2.1 PaddingtonCentral 2.2 Stone Wharf 2.3 55-65 North Wharf Road and Telstar 2.4 10-50 Eastbourne Terrace 2.5 Triangle Site 2.6 Paddington Station 2.7 Paddington Basin and Merchant Square 2.8 North Wharf Gardens 2.9 Paddington Health Campus and St Mary's Hospital 2.10 Hilton London Paddington 2.11 Sorting Office 2.12 West End Quay 2.13 Hilton London Metropole 3 References 4 External links History One and Three Kingdom Street from the south. The Paddington Arm of the Grand Junction Canal opened on 10 July 1801,[2] linking Paddington to the Bull's Bridge junction near the future site of Heathrow Airport. The Grand Junction (now part of the Grand Union Canal) was the final link in a chain of canals that reduced the distance from London to Birmingham from 269.5 miles (434 km) in 1789 to 138.5 miles (223 km) in 1805;[3] terminating the canal at Paddington gave easy access to main roads into London and the level route meant no locks were needed on its 13.5-mile (22 km) length. In contrast the Regent's Canal needed 12 locks for the 86-foot (26 m) descent from Paddington to the Thames at Limehouse. The canal was an instant success, with warehouses and housing springing up around it.[4] Canal traffic increased further when the Regent's Canal linked Paddington to the Port of London in 1820, but Paddington Basin was "practically killed" as a port[5] as business was lost to wharves such as City Road Basin that were closer to the docks and the City of London. Paddington regained importance as a transport interchange with the arrival of the railway in 1838. Canal traffic transferred to the railways during the nineteenth century and fell away completely after World War II; the closure of the Regent's Canal Dock in 1969 marked the coup de grâce. A similar switch from rail to road in the second half of the twentieth century left the Paddington goods yards redundant by the early 1980s. The land became derelict, with no public access to the canal land until 1987.[6] The Paddington Special Policy Area was designated in 1988.[7] The Paddington Regeneration Partnership, later the Paddington Waterside Partnership, was formed in 1998 to coordinate the regeneration of the area,[8] now designated as the Paddington Special Policy Area. This followed the establishment of the King's Cross Partnership in 1996[9] to develop a similar mix of railway and canal land around King's Cross station, a project that became known as King's Cross Central. The first plans for Paddington envisaged 10,000,000 square feet (930,000 m2) of new space,[10] more than the original Canary Wharf development,[6] in an area the size of Soho.[6] This compares with the 505,000 sq ft (46,900 m2) of 30 St Mary Axe (the "Gherkin")[11] and 1,238,000 sq ft (115,000 m2) of the skyscraper at One Canada Square.[12] Outline planning perm”

Paddington Green Serviced Aparments
● Open“I stayed in Apartment 13 (one bedroom) for a few nights in August 2019. What a great apartment! It was clean, modern bathroom, basic kitchen facilities - everything you needed for a short stay! There was even a laundry available to use on the ground floor. The check in and out process was so easy. You get a message the day before with a door code and then your keys are waiting for you in a letter box inside the building, you just drop your keys back here when you leave. There are several deadlocks to the apartment door making the apartment very secure. Yes there is no lift and depending on which floor your apartment is on you may have to walk up a few flights of stairs - but it is the same for all apartments in this area. If you are wanting a lift you either need to choose another location or increase your budget and stay in one of the hotels in the area. I had no issues carrying my suitcase up the stairs. The location was fantastic for exploring London. It was walking distance to Regents Park, Paddington and Marble Arch. Edgeware Rd station was a five minute walk. Paddington Station a ten minute walk which was perfect for jumping on the Heathrow Express to get to the airport. Plenty of restaurants, bars and supermarkets within walking distance. I was more than happy with my stay here. I think the apartments are reasonably priced for the standard and location. I would not hesitate in recommending these apartments and would definitely stay here again on my next visit to London.”
