I really want to shout out Jo (on front desk) and Farrel (in the workshop) I was turned away from numerous garages for a “tricky” light bulb change. However these ladies sorted this out for me in less then 20 mins! They were efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly persistent! They did not give up! Took my car for an Audi service a year back and they said all my brake pads and disks needed replacing imminently. I took my car into Birbeck Autos and asked for all to be swapped. Paul and his family said that none of them needed replacing and showed me all of the disks and pads and how they were fine. They are truly honest, great pricing and very trustworthy.
