The vibe he and Ky are running is awesome. A quiet spot with a funky atmosphere and incredible hospitality. I already can’t wait to go back (and I’ve never said that about a hairdresser before).”

“Both my daughters have been to Katey's House in Ham - I can't recommend this nursery highly enough. It's such a wonderful place for the little ones to thrive. It's in a lovely setting with access to lots of green space; the kids learn about all sorts of fascinating things and even grow their own food and bake their own bread every Friday. The staff are both professional and warm with the children and give you every confidence in their level of care. The preparation for "big school" is also excellent - with an adorable graduation ceremony and lots of talking to prepare them for the milestone. In short, so much effort goes into making the children feel loved and happy, and both my daughters have thrived there.”

I’ve been let down by other companies in the past so it’s a huge reassurance to find someone with the knowledge, experience and genuine love for dogs. He’s reliable, a lovely person and an absolute life saver. I’ve been dealing with some health issues so I had to get in touch at short notice for some overnight stays too and he offered to help immediately. “We cannot recommend dog in black highly enough, it’s almost impossible to leave a review that expresses how wonderful they are. Our pup goes on day care with them every week and has regular sleep overs and we know he is cared for wonderfully, he is never happier than when he is picked up! I also love that it’s not a traditional day care centre where the dogs spend a lot of time just in a room together which wouldn’t suit our dog. It’s all outdoor activities or one on one love. In addition the team are so caring and considerate with us, helping with last minute requests, accommodating us when we moved and supporting us and our dog when he had major surgery. You won’t regret sending your dog here!!”

“Called in for a couple of drinks on a hot day, and really enjoyed the atmosphere. An eclectic mix of clientele, but all very friendly. Nice place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the outside world, and one I'd like to go back to. Unfortunately, the Miller's Well is on the list to be sold by Wetherspoon as of writing this. Hoping another chain will take it on. It would be a shame for the area to lose a good watering hole.”

“We have been regularly hiring this hall for the past few years for various religious ceremonies, social get-togethers and family functions. On some occasions we book the hall one year in advance since the hall is so popular. We find the charges very reasonable when we compare them to similar facilities elsewhere. Matt is very helpful and cooperative in all circumstances. His staff are always on their best behaviour and never fail to try their best to help us in every possible way. This is why we regularly decide to return to this venue, and at the same time highly recommend it and Mr Matt, to our friends for any gathering, be it a social or family event.
