“Absolutely love Munchkins! Staff are friendly and welcoming and there's a lovely atmosphere. They restrict numbers so it feels very relaxed and calm. Little things have also been thought about such a toddler seat and step in each toilet. A fantastic addition to the village.”

“Amazing place with amazing food. I had the Turkish Breakfast alongside the vegetarian pasta bake. The staff were really nice. I was served by Connor, I think that was his name as well as Ayna. The hot chocolate was delicious and I liked the creamy top, it was very chocolately. Highly recommend this place if you’re ever by Elephant & Castle.”

“Classic English cafe. The food and service are great. You might share a table with strangers. Really strong English breakfasts and they have some Mediterranean options too. Plus prices are excellent for London. There is usually a line at busy times like Sunday mornings you will definitely need to wait but they have a lot of tables so the wait isn't too bad.”

Staff was really friendly and charming, service was excellent and the cafe is lovely with a clean and practical inside section, outside setting bunches in the greenery and also right next to the rose garden. Well worth a stop off if in the area.”

“Called in for a couple of drinks on a hot day, and really enjoyed the atmosphere. An eclectic mix of clientele, but all very friendly. Nice place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the outside world, and one I'd like to go back to. Unfortunately, the Miller's Well is on the list to be sold by Wetherspoon as of writing this. Hoping another chain will take it on. It would be a shame for the area to lose a good watering hole.”

“Fantastic little find. Descended on this gem with a double buggy and 4 hot and hangry children ranging from 1 to 14 years old. Staff were friendly, food was really yummy, and great prices. All 5 of us were fed and had sufficient drinks on £37! Service is not included on the bill so make sure to bring some change. Staff definitely deserve it!”

“I visited here with my dog Lola this morning after brief walk in the park. Very friendly & air con which was lovely for both of us in this extreme heat. We were both made welcome & Lola had her treat & biscuits from them. Dog walkers take note this place is a little gem.”

“Went with a friend who came down for the weekend. Had a lovely experience - the place is beautifully decorated with a very chilled atmosphere. We chose our bits to paint and weren't rushed or given any timings so we could just paint and chat. Really nice little place, not overly expensive.
