“I took my car in for a puncture repair, as the nearside rear tyre kept on going down and wouldn't hold air for more than a day at the most. The person I spoke to on the phone was polite and helpful, and I was told that I could bring my car in straightaway. I subsequently took the car down to the garage, where they removed a rather long screw from the tyre that I was told had gone in diagonally. I was half expecting them to tell me that it couldn't be repaired and that I'd need a replacement tyre but as it turned out they were able to repair the tyre and only charged me £20 for the job. Based on my own experience I would thoroughly recommend this garage.”

When I had a clutch failure, they sent a truck to collect my vehicle (from KT3), AND offered me a loan vehicle to keep me on the road while mine was being repaired. More recently when my clutch cable snapped, I dropped the vehicle with them at 3pm, and was very pleasantly surprised when they informed me it would be ready for collection the following morning.
