“Let me start my change in review for this salon..... My daughters hair came out amazing. It always does and she is not the easiest of children. So its worth it but if you want to speak to someone at the salon it's short of impossible to get ahold of them live. You need to work via emails and text messages. My concern was when I tried to call, you can't, so you email (I didn't have a number to text), when you send an email the response is "Thanks for the message. We are unable to monitor this mailbox regularly and our responses may take A FEW DAYS. We're unable to book appointments via email or phone unfortunately, but all appointments can be made, edit or cancel by simply clicking the link below" I get it... this is how they work, but in the moment when you are trying to call a retailer/business its frustrating. However as my first point says my daughters hair came out AMAZING, she loves the place and so I guess you have to deal for beauty and such.”

I was running late for my appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, so I called the salon ahead of time to let them know I would be running 20 minutes late. The lady on other side of the line was still friendly and welcoming whereas I know that other beauty salons often turn to sound rude and annoyed about late arrivals. It is pretty much understandable as late arrivals affect other clients and the business itself. However, I liked how professionally the lady from ABX Beauty handled my phone call and I truly appreciated that she made me feel reassured. I also enjoyed the service provided by a manicurist Karina who was very thorough in her job and took the time to ensure my expectations were met (and exceeded). These people really care of you. Moreover, the facility itself is clean and neat whereas an elegant and atmospheric design of the salon makes you feel special, like a princess. I certainly highly recommend this place.”

“The service here is honestly so worth the price. I have been on multiple occasions since moving to the area - and on each occasion I’ve done a pedicure. They take their time, they take appropriate hygienic measures , they give amazing professional advice (which sometimes results in them making less money from the customer because they’re putting them first). Today I wanted an extra service but they advised me against it for the sake of my nail health and care. I am extremely grateful and for that reason I will definitely be returning. Honest , kind and provide a great service. Also the salon is beautiful!”
