“One of the best lunch spots for a hearty and delicious satay chicken and rice! Always go for the large even though the standard portion is pretty hefty. The pickles are amazing and the rice is always perfectly cooked. I get it at least once a week and the staff are always friendly! Highly recommended!”

“As an Italian national it's not easy to find a truly great pizza in London and I know I can be extremely picky. Yard Sale Pizza however gets the crown as best pizza place in South East London. Great traditional bases, top notch ingredients that are actually fresh, fragrant and tasty as well as a combination of traditional and new flavours that are all worth exploring. Couldn't recommend more! I could literally eat one of their pizzas every day.”

“Excellent selection of meaty and vegan burgers. I got the smokin' gun and it was great. Jerk chips nice and crispy with tasty dips. Only negative was that the patty was a bit thin so might be worth upgrading to two patties. Pub is a bit run down but adds to the charm and has a good vibe for the football too.”

“I came at a time where it wasn't busy so I was able to stay for however long I wanted which is amazing if you've come to smoke shisha and just chill. “Popped in for a quick coffee and was greeted and served by polite staff. I had a delicious coffee, very reasonably priced at under £3. There were all varieties of different milk to choose from and, after I had tried my coffee, a staff member came to check if I was happy with it. Sat in a comfy sofa by the window and enjoyed my drink in peace. Lovely atmosphere, great coffee and kind staff. 100% recommend!”

“Went a few days ago and got the chicken burger with fries and a side of slaw. All very tasty . They use chicken thigh instead of breast but it was still tasty. Nice atmosphere and great service. Chicken was halal too, which is fantastic”

“Wow. These are my only words for this amazing restaurant. The ramen was homemade and of a quality you would expect from an extremely expensive restaurant. Not only were the noodles fresh and silky, but the broth was flavourful and filling, what a pleasure to have found this restaurant! As for the prices, we paid around 20£+ for each dish, which was sup prising considering how good the ramen was. Not only was the food good but so were the drinks! We ordered a yuzu lemonade and a ginger soda, which were both homemade and extremely good! The service was also top notch. Overall we would definitely recommend this spot to anyone in the area! A finsbury must-have!”
