“Prash was very accommodating and helpful throughout my visit. This guesthouse is located about a 10/15 minute walk North of the train station and is very easy to get to. The room was clean, warm, and safe. The shower was very hot and a little tricky to get the hang of. There are a lot of local places to grab food. I stuck to Sainsburys as wasn’t there for long and made the big error of going to Papa Johns - awful customer service. There is also a chugger train which links Hornchurch, and Upminster. Overall, this was a pleasant stay at this guesthouse.”

“Went in there this morning with my Grandson who has additional needs, and we was greeted by Kerry, and she was amazing with Riley, she measured his feet, the trainers he wanted had laces which he can not do, so they offered to put elastic laces in which would be easier, the other young lady who was working in there as well,( I don't remember her name sorry) brought the shoes out put the new laces in for me, they was so helpful, and dealt with Riley really well, making the experience stress free. The shop was very clean, and I was told about the promotions they was doing. Would definitely recommend this shop. Thank you for making this experience a happy one for me and Riley.”

“This man and his son are so honest they deserve more than this 5 star rating, but this is the least I can do. Keep up the good work guys! Was Recommended to Bhogal Autos by a friend after a dealer was telling me to leave my cars for a week. My A4 needed the wiper motor changed while my BMW 7 Series needed an alternator. Prit and Dav was able to fix my motor on the same day instead of replacing it and got me the alternator for a fair price and replaced it the day after. Had a great experience and no hassle at all.”

“Really pleased with my cut by Glen, exactly as asked and very friendly. My previous hairdresser retired before first lockdown and Glen was second I’d tried since as my hair is receding and I don’t go as often as should. So glad I did, my other hair-cuts were professional and good but this I’d put at the top of my hair-cuts in many a while. One of those chuffed with results feeling that haven't had for a while. Really pleased, fantastic cut and have now found my new hairdresser. My hair follicles need him more than his scissors need me!”

“Car parking is alright, although it was hard to find a spot this morning. I'd recomend going here still as they do tend to have a spot free every hour of the day. Like all aldi's they have all their own brand copies as well as official branded versions. Some of their copies are pretty good and worth a try This one has a self checkout now which it historically didn't so that speeds up shopping for me as most of the folk don't tend to use it. I have sene abandoned baskets in the self scan I'm guessing people have forgotten their wallets or haven't figured out how to scan? Either way i saw 3 of the 8 self scans blocked up in this way which is really selfish and annoying and I'd recommend that people avoid using the self scans if they don't know how to use them. Overall a good medium sized shopping store for essentials and more.”

“That shop is always open for customers, 24/7. Here you can find a really everything, food, drinks, food for dogs and cats, here is a butcher as well, full service all time. Meat is halal if someone need. Frozen stuff available, always veg and fruits big offer. You can get here as well pans, and lots of things to kitchen, glass for tea and plastic boxes, and anything you need. Off license til midnight. And really nice thing is customer service. Always smile and professional. Definitely I do recommend that place for shopping. Small and big one. Can you believe ferrero rocher lovers that they offer a chocolate classic, white, sometimes dark ? “Today myself and my partner ventured into the Romford TUI branch to be greeted by Ella - well what can we say about Ella, she patiently spent hours with us to ensure we booked our dream holiday. Nothing was too much trouble for her, from jumping onto trip advisor to check out different hotel revies, with us changing our minds last minute and wanting another hotel. She was easy to talk to knowledgeable, patient and super friendly. We felt in safe hands and just booked everything in one go including the hotel for the night before our departure, insurances, seats and all of our day trips and lounge access. This was solely down to the fact that we instantly connected with Ella and trusted her to guide and organise us through everything. Ella went through each element ensuring that she gave us copies with all key information highlighted. We were offered tea coffee and fed chocolates :) Shout out to Barbara as well who also was professional and super friendly and jumped in to assist us as well. These girls in the Romford branch are top notch and deserve special recognition - they made us feel valued and special!! if you want a non-pushy and honest service I strongly urge you to pop into the Romford branch and specifically ask for one of these lovely ladies......... “Shocked at how easy and quick my item shipped! Not to mention excellent communication from BoxFit UK! We ordered a large item but the only option (I didn’t know the exact weight) was next day delivery. They proactively emailed saying they were sorry that due to the size it wouldn’t be “next day” and apologized for the inconvenience (no inconvenience on my part! I had a feeling this might be the case) but it STILL arrived via DPD 2 days after order submission! I was shocked when DPD showed up with my dog food delivery AND our century wavemaster XXL at the same time! They were also better priced than some of their competitors in the UK. Very pleased with this company/product.”
