“We’ve been renting Tommy’s wetsuits since starting swimming at Shepperton in February. Really knows his stuff, super helpful, friendly and encouraging. The reward program is great, will be buying a wetsuit from him soon to see me through next winter! My mum and I both suffer from Raynauds and the zone 3 gloves and boots we’ve bought mean that it doesn’t impact us at all. Thank you!”

“My 'go to' clothing shop , I head out to Blue from London maybe once or twice a year. I have to admit I hate shopping but they make it SO easy here. Super suitable for my shape and I can't believe how flattering some of their clothes are - Donna suggested a couple of things to try on and KAPOW ! I wish I could impress upon you how 'worth it ' a visit would be. Just try it once and you will have some lovely well priced things to cheer up your wardrobe. I went last Saturday and I'm thrilled.”

“A wonderful treat for our date night. The 3 course set menu was delicious and very well presented. Do not be put off by the price if desserts, we had the chocolate sphere and it was worth every penny. Our host was lovely send really friendly. The chef came out to check on our meal and the wonderful intimate setting was a breath of fresh air. We will definitely come back to try out all the other options on the menu.”

“We have been hugely impressed with the quality of service from Emily, Daniel, Richard and the whole team. We had a major refurbishment project involving a new kitchen and pantry, 4 new bathrooms/shower rooms and a cloakroom. Walls had to be taken down and the existing rooms gutted. Emily was extraordinarily attentive and her design ideas proved to be top rate. You will probably only do this scale of project once or twice in a lifetime and Sanctuary proved an excellent and totally reliable choice. This was all achieved during a period of lock down and Emily went to great lengths to ensure that our project was completed within our timescale.”

“Purchased my wife's engagement ring from here a couple of years ago and unfortunately the diamond had come loose. When I informed Samara James they provided a next day courier service to collect the damaged ring and have completed two repairs over the past month. The customer service team have been very attentive and have shown a lot of empathy in regard to my concerns of such a sentimental ring breaking. I was aligned a dedicated representative from Samara James and they kept me updated on the status and on-going progress of the ring throughout. Following a few conversations with Samara James I am confident that they supply high quality jewellery & will support me post sale which is just as important. Will certainly be the first place I look for future jewellery purchases.”

“I've just visited this wonderful cafe. I only wanted a milkshake which was good. However having sat here for the last 15 mins watching the world go by I can see how much passion and love the employee/owner have for this place. Almost every customer that's walked in the door after me has been greeted by name and order known. It's very easy these days to find a reason to complain but I have none and I'll be visiting again next time I'm around the area.”
