Up & Running Sevenoaks
● Closed“I'm not much of a runner. So I was pleasantly surprised when the sales assistant took time to understand my needs (I didn't even realise I had needs, but I do now) and sold me a sensible, reasonably-priced pair of trainers that do exactly what I want. He was clearly expert but wasn't showing off, just really helpful. A really good experience all round.”

Hoads Kids Shoe Shop
● Closed“Excellent service. Booked an appointment to get my 3 children school shoes ahead of summer. The woman who served us put them all at ease and found them all shoes that they like and fit them well, with enough room to allow for growth. Would highly recommend.”

County Clothes
● Closed“In last minute search for "smart casual" wear for a family wedding, my husband popped into Country Clothes and, thanks to the expert eye of stylist Angela, left with top to toe new look and a very happy chap indeed! For a shop-a-phobe that is saying a lot! The quality of clothes, especially the shop's own label linen/wool jacked made in Scotland, is superb. We'll definitely be returning soon.”

Sports Direct
● Closed“Really impressed with the helpfulness of the guy with the long dark hair who works at Sports Direct Orpington. I asked him about Karrimor sandals, as there were none on display (I think because they have moved over to winter stock). He said he believed there may be a few left in the stockroom, and asked what size and colour I was looking for – then immediately got on his walkie-talkie to a colleague in the stock room, who duly appeared with two pairs of sandals. Both men could not have been more helpful and pleasant, and I was really impressed that they were prepared to go above and beyond by searching in the stock room for something that was not on display. These guys are great ambassadors for your brand Sports Direct, and for making sure you make sales! Fantastic service.”
