Shoe shopping experience in Hounslow

“Went on Saturday, with my neighbour, and had a lovely experience. My neighbour recently became bound to a wheelchair, and was finding shoes for his son, we were met by a lady, whose name I did not catch unfortunately, who was incredibly kind, patient, friendly, and very efficient. Honestly just wanted to put in a good word! Good shoes too, the recipient found them very comfortable.”

“Very positive experience at Burberry T5... in particular, the quick flexibility of Melissa Wong and Tim. I’m traveling with wife and children and noticed - at the airport - that I had not brought a jacket... less than 2 hours before boarding to Sweden. Melissa quickly showed all options that were travel practical and when we found the perfect one - they did not have it in the right size. It took less than 15 minutes for the team to bring the right size from another terminal store. She and her colleague Tim treated the children with such great care and made what is usually a boring experience to children quite fun... Thank you Melissa!”

While they unfortunately do not have any of the beautiful clothing to offer, they have a nice variety of accessories. I have not had a single bad experience here & the customer service is consistently outstanding. The associates are all kind, patient, and extremely professional.”
