“Shocked at how easy and quick my item shipped! Not to mention excellent communication from BoxFit UK! We ordered a large item but the only option (I didn’t know the exact weight) was next day delivery. They proactively emailed saying they were sorry that due to the size it wouldn’t be “next day” and apologized for the inconvenience (no inconvenience on my part! I had a feeling this might be the case) but it STILL arrived via DPD 2 days after order submission! I was shocked when DPD showed up with my dog food delivery AND our century wavemaster XXL at the same time! They were also better priced than some of their competitors in the UK. Very pleased with this company/product.”

The staff in the Kensington store always go the extra mile by giving genuine advice, offering options I wouldn’t go for as they truly know how to combine the perfect outfit. I always leave the store happy and confident. Few weeks ago a dress I loved wasn’t available in my size in store and the staff promptly placed the order and sent the dress to my work address. It arrived within a few days and I was so happy. I wore the dress to my friend’s party and got so many compliments. It’s great to rely on such great service and friendly atmosphere every time I visit the store. Special thanks to the team for always welcoming me and making me feel special.”

“I come into the store today after not coming in for about a year and was so happy with the amazing service I received from the 3 members of staff working. There was an amazing atmosphere in the shop and I was made to feel welcome by the staff as I was walking around the store. They asked me if I need assistance and was more then happy to help me select items that they felt I would like but also took the time to take it all to the fitting room and give me an opition. I felt they where honest in there opition and didn't just say yes to make a sale letting me trust what they where saying. The store has defenlty improved since my last visit and I will return in the near future. I ended up spending about £200 but love everything that I bought. Thank you ladies.”

“Absolutely incredible customer service from JOSH, who was extremely friendly and professional in helping my mother find a new pair of Skechers. He used his own initiative to identify suitable shoes, and came back multiple times with new suggestions. He gave clear explanations for technical differences between the available shoes, and was prompt, friendly and articulate. He listened carefully to my mother as she tried on the shoes and explained what she needed. Josh showed his expertise on the variety of shoes, of which there are many in store to choose from, and quickly checked stock levels for those shoes that were not available in store. Josh even brought different sizes to try and genuinely appeared happy to help, with a positive attitude, and even brought over a stool for my mum to sit on to try the shoes. In the end, my mum found and bought a pair that was suitable and is now delighted - thanks largely to Josh and his exemplary level of customer service. Thanks Josh and thanks Skechers, Wembley.”

They did not have them in my size but the gentleman serving ordered them for me, took my original pair and arranged to have the new pair delivered to my home at no extra cost. What fabulous service. “Firstly, staff. Their customer service is amazing, they couldn't be more avaliable to help and couldn't do enough for you. Secondly, stock and range. They had a wide and big variety of shoes to choose from for anybody with feet. Their store is not very big but its like a tardis, they have mo shortage of great shoes to choose from. The displays were beautifully laid out, couldn't put a foot wrong. I've shopped in there twice before and always look forward to going back everytime I'm in Chelmsford. Its the place to go.”
