“I saw Michelle in summer 2019 as I was due to take a number of short and long of international flights around the world over a period of 6 days in September 2019. Since I was little, the smell of plane food has always made me physically sick. I had found weird ways of dealing with it over the last few decades but I needed a better solution. I was not sure if hypnotherapy would work as my issue was a very strange one. I approached hypnotherapy with an open mind and decided to give it a go. After three 1 hour sessions, Michelle informed me that I did not need another session and I should be fine on the flights. When I got on the flights, I was still a bit anxious, but when the plane food was served, I was able to eat it and actually enjoy it!! For the first time on a flight, I was able to fully relax when the food was served. I would highly recommend hypnotherapy to anyone. This really has been life changing for me.”
