Based on previous experiences I expected a long wait for an appointment but was pleasantly surprised with the quick straightforward booking (thanks Sam!). On the day Sol explained everything thoroughly pre, during and after the procedure which was key for a newbie like me. I was also given the option for a free follow up appointment in a few weeks which I took advantage of. Although it was free it was just like a normal appointment rather than rushed like follow ups at other places. Lastly, I was sent my before and after pictures after the results have settled and all I’ll say is I wish I found this place earlier. “I had consultations at a couple of Harley St. hair clinics, but I wasn’t filled with confidence - both felt like I was getting a hard sell rather than an attentive and informative consulation. I tried the Treatment Rooms and was immediately at ease that Dr Vara, who did my initial consultation, would be the person carrying-out the procedure. He answered all and any questions I had and was completely honest about the potential results. On the day, the procedure was actually incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. Dr Vara, Dr Fernando and their entire team were incredibly friendly, great fun, highly knowledgeable and consummate professionals - my comfort was their highest concern and nothing was too much trouble. The procedure was literally pain-free. Even the initial aneasthetic injections were barely noticeable due to their novel distraction technique. “I have seen Colin a few times now to deal with severe tendonitis which has affected my hip and lower back. He is brilliant...there was more improvement in the first 30 minutes than the past 3 years. My injury is nearly sorted after only 2 weeks (4 visits). Most of the improvement has come from Colin working on my muscles and he has given me only a few exercises which I do, rather than loads of them which I would probably wouldn't. Colin is great at explaining what is wrong, what he is doing and why, so that I have a better understanding of my physiology and I can avoid it recurring. He is also a great guy that I have enjoyed chatting with during our sessions. I recommend Colin without hesitation.”

“The Best Osteopath in London! I have been coming to Dr Christoph for 2 years now and I feel like a new person each time I leave his clinic. As an endurance athlete I often suffer from injuries in various places, including dislocated SI joint, hip problems and a dislocated ribs in a thoracic spine... Dr Christoph has been able to treat every one of them, each time. He also offers acupuncture and his hands are truly magical. Always a positive attitude and a very pleasant atmosphere. This is a best place you can go to! Very highly recommend!”

We stayed here over Christmas and the accommodation is very comfortable, has all amenities and conveniently located near Heathrow Airport (in case you have visitors from abroad!). Also, worth visiting Bray village, which is beautiful and nearby. It is also a short drive to other nice locations such as Windsor, Henley and Marlow. It’s so nice to have someone telling you the history behind everything you see instead of just taking pictures of nice buildings you don’t know about. Both guides were amazing, mixing information with humor and telling fun facts of all the places we went. The duration of the tours are ideal, since more it would be too tiring. 100% recommended, specially if you are traveling alone like me and you want some company in your touring”

“Started my Part A of my two part Freediving course with Oyster. Was greeted by Tom and we quickly got into the course with the obligatory H&S forms, a quick Q&A before we got in the pool to make sure everyone was prepped and understood each other. Tom was so easy to understand, without using any slang, we all felt at ease and understood every word. I felt relaxed the whole way through, which is key when you are Freediving. I managed a 2:45 static although not great, i learned how to prepare and zone out for better future results. Truly recommend Oyster for all your diving needs!!! “Our tour guide, Rachel was the best! We had just come off of a fairly active cruise around the United Kingdom with 14 stops and we had already spent 2 jam packed days in London. To say we were tired is an understatement. Rachel, tailored our day with some walking and a ton of history. This lady knows London inside and out! I really wanted to see Abbey Road. She even snapped some pictures of us in the crosswalk. We also had Sunday Roast in a little pub. The perfect end to a great trip.”

“Walk-in Ear wax removal- AMAZING! I had a build up of wax in my right ear, I used ear drops which only made it worse. I could barely hear in that ear which made me miserable for the two days it was completely blocked. I had spent about an hour calling around different places for the micro suction and there were either no appointments or they wanted to charge the earth. This pharmacy was the last I called and they could see me within the hour. I saw Mr Shah who was super helpful. The wax was very stubborn despite the softening drops I had been using but Mr Shah was determined to get it out and he did. I can hear again and I cannot thank him enough!!!!! And at only £35 for the one ear, he was by far, one of the cheapest. Highly recommend this place!!!! Thank you!!!”
