“I booked my umrah with islamic travels and performed umrah on 1st April 2018 with my family. I stayed 5 nights in Makkah in Faimont royal clock tower hotel, It was absolutely amazing masjid al Haram was minutes away from the hotel and everything was so convenient. The hotel was top of the range. In Madinah I stayed in Rawdat al Aqiq next to gate number 8 of masjid al Nabawi and again it took me less than 3 minutes from hotel to masjid gate it was an absolutely amazing journey and every thing was arranged accodingly from flight to transfers to hotel pick ups. I am so glad that I chose islmic travels to book my umrah Package and the person who helped me through out was Advisor named RAMEEZ he was always available when I called him and he always notified me of any changes immediately Insha allah I would book my next umrah or hajj with Islamic travels. Tesco was the only pharmacy that had it, there were complications with the 111 prescription that had been put through. “Five star salads! Warning this review was from an American. We are waiting for our next flight after an overnighter from the US. This place seemed nice and comfortable to hang out for a few hours if needed. And they are. I started off with tea and coffee and then ordered our lunch. The tea was delicious but the coffee was just OK. We ordered the wonder everything: the wonder hamburger, the wonderslaw , and the wonder salad. We were originally worried that service would be super slow here but surprisingly it’s very effective. Not quite fast but definitely efficient. If you love salad and you’re a little adventurous then you should definitely try the wonder salad. I found the wonder burger fairly innocuous except the ham/bacon on top did add a lot of nice flavor. French fries were good too. The wonder slaw was very different from any slaws in the US. A little light on flavor but if you’d like red cabbage overall that’s a nice dish.”

“I visited here yesterday to renew my damage passport. Everyone is very humble here especially the person who was giving token God bless him. He was helping everyone. The employees were so soft spoken & courteous. Best embassy. I agree it's time consuming & delayed appointments as well but once your documentation is perfect hardly 5-6 minutes they took. My experience was awesome. I visited there with my 17 months daughter she also enjoyed. So no complaints.”

“Been here twice now (first time I had to purchase a weeks worth of clothes as I brought my wrong bag for a flight to Abu Dhabi), both times have been exceptionally good, unfortunately I don't have their names but there was a gentleman sales assistant that has always gone above and beyond even today finding me by my gate to check whether I had a Heathrow rewards number for the points. I will always recommend Lacoste in Terminal 4 heathrow and make an effort to purchase all of my odds and ends here when flying. Thanks, Dean”

“Farrakh Waheed : With reference to Care Dental, I would like to mention that the dentists [Prashant] and {VIRDEE}, every single staff and the whole service package has been excellent and consistent through out. We complain about every minor faults and errors but always miss out to acknowledge the bigger picture that goes on behind with everyone’s individual input that contribute to a team effort delivering such excellent service like Dental Care, that consistently executes such high standard services to their patients. However today I am here to acknowledge Care Dental’s Receptionist “Farrakh Waheed” who consistently keeps delivering excellent Customer Services skills. That place “Care Dental” is a super busy outfit, there is various patients coming in with various dental issues, some registered and some not registered with Care Dental, Postman and other delivery agents coming and delivering packages, more than one telephone ringing constantly, along constant liaison with dentist and nurses simultaneously. Daily in an out all this is being dealt by the one and only Farrakh Waheed on her own. She consistently executes all those duties pitch perfectly proactively and with upmost professionalism. She is always caring, passionate, smiling , friendly but not over friendly and always on the ball, no matter how much is going on at the background, she is always positive, calm and collective, who always pays complete attention to details, Prioritises her work with patients waiting , the phone calls on hold and the dentists and the nurses constantly liaising with her all at the same time. She is the best example of a multi tasker. I have never ever seen her to loose the plot, as her job, is a job which is very pressurising, a very demanding and a very stressful one. She always maintains her cool, her balance, her dignity and has a positive aura that she emits out of her at all times. She is a genuine good human being and hence all the above skills come naturally to her. She is very knowledgeable and knows her job, the products and the services at the back of her hand, which makes her very confident and easy to communicate with. She has excellent communication skills and this is primarily because she is a damn good listener, pays attention to ever detail. Very focussed , very proactive, able to cope with pressure and constantly prioritising as most of the time she is on her own and works as an individual but also switches to be an excellent team worker whenever required. She genuinely cares for people and hence she constantly delivers the best “Duty Of Care” without even thinking about it, as it comes natural to her. However she also knows when to be stern, be rigid and be assertive when the job demands her to be. So people can’t play her as she won’t allow that and will say NO when she has to. I have silently watched her and her executions a few times and today I had to ask her for her name as I did want to put this on an email so that she gets the acknowledgment that she rightfully deserves. I hope you could pass this on to “Farrakh Waheed”. I will very soon, try to put this on Google and other social media platforms as you all need to be recognised. “Excellent dentist Always text me when my appointment is due even in the middle of the pandemic. Receptionist always friendly and helpfull My dentist Mr Chow always makes feel at ease knowing that I'm like a baby when I have to go. I've read bad reviews but the common denominator of these reviews is in fact not of a bad dental practice but people thinking they can not go to a dentist on a regular basis then just call and and be put to the front of the queue if and when they feel the need to see a dentist.”

The way she speaks to people shes not too fond of she speaks to them as if they are worthless in front of her. Have seen her too many times on the phone face face to many people. I went for the cheapest as I intend to move soon but the quality was actually fantastic. Served by Mr Gill in the shop. Gave me a very fair price in comparison to other big brands. 10 year guarantee included! His son Kiran Gill was an absolute star. Very professional. Worked solo and very hard to get the job done (2 rooms in one afternoon) including helping me move furniture. Very charming chap and clearly well trained at what he does. Worked very diligently.
