“This afternoon I was recommended to call Sutton Appliances to replace my broken washing machine (that couldn't be fixed). I called them at 2pm. The lady I spoke with on the phone was so helpful. I ordered the machine, Cliff kindly came 2 hours later and delivered and fitted the new machine and has taken the old one away. Cliff was friendly, polite and thorough. It is very rare nowadays to find people who work to such high standards and deliver amazing customer care - at Sutton Appliances you definitely get this. I am so grateful for their whole service . Thank you so much - I already have a wash on! Don't hesitate to use this wonderful local shop.”

Another customer had accidentally knocked a display flying. Diana was there in a flash and ensured customer was okay and was prompt in ensuring all products removed and tidied. Positive experience”

“First time in O'Neill's' Sutton but we've been customers at the Bromley's branch for some time. Went for lunch Sat 25/03 and I had cod and chips while my sister had jerk chicken burrito. The service was top and Ryan and Emma were professional and very attentive. We will be visiting again when my sister is in London next time. I highly recommend this pub.”

“Excellent Café. Ordered a coffee and a chocolate muffin and got it basically instantly. Muffin was amazing but a napkin would’ve been nice since it made such a mess haha. Coffee was good and theres a large assortment of food. Tables were clean, there is air conditioning inside since its warm, and it wasn’t busy. Definitely recommend to everyone!”

“What a great place to get all your timber and needed tools. Great staff. Mick. He approached us as we entered today and offered his assistance throughout. He helped us with ALL the stuff that was needed for a complete new fence. Helped with the loading too. He even guided us to complete a trade account form. “Oh my my, this place is huge. Pretty much a one stop shop. Very clean and well stocked. Lifts to the car park. £2 for 2 hrs parking, which you get back if you spend a minimum of £5. The machine prints two copies. One for your dashboard and the other for you to give to cashier upon checkout.”
