This was a completely different experience compared to another local florist in Langley, who offered no condolences and just pointed me in the direction of a booklet. Was a pleasure to meet Raj and Jag who talked me through what I wanted out of the system, the type of sound, how it would be built - etc. I spoke to a few other shops before reaching out to PE and they didn't seem to care all that much about the customer or provide much by way of advice. An electronic valve control system was also a must for me, which Jag and Raj are happily able to do. If you want a top-notch quality system built to a high standard go to Profusion. My Audi TT was transformed! Can't rate them high enough.”

“A very professional, warm and welcoming nail bar. Covid safe- hand gel bottles everywhere, plastic screens between you and the technician but also in between customers, which i really like. Everyone wears a mask or visor. I felt really comfortable (I dont get my nails done regularly, only special occasions) and that is because the customer service is outstanding and everyone is friendly. The owner is also friendly and nice. Great attention to detail, good choice of nail colours and nice finish. My Shellac nails lasted nearly 4 weeks which just shows how amazing the quality of their nails are. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely be returning!”
