All in all a great place to relax and do excercise. Today Sue at reception was extremely helpful at the entrance turnstile, very friendly and courteous. Callum a swimming instructor was extremely helpful when I had a query regarding the swimming lanes, am absolute gentleman”

“My sister-in-law had some beautiful flowers delivered in a Vintage hat box for her birthday, I was so impressed with them I noted the details and contacted Kim to ask her to do a couple of arrangements for me for Mothers day. I chatted to Kim on the phone about what to have and she suggested that she had some lovely ceramic pots and could do an arrangement in them. They were hand delivered on Sunday morning, Kim said she would sort her delivery route so that the flowers were delivered at a time that suited me. The flowers were beautiful and the ceramic pots were stunning. So nice in fact i have asked Kim to make one for me. I would give Kim 10 stars if that was an option. My Mum was over the moon so I am a very happy customer indeed and I will 100% use Kim again.”

“I have recently had my 2nd Tattoo from Sona and I cannot say how amazing of an artist she is. Her attention to detail is unparalleled and her work is even better. “Popped in last Friday to get some help with my conch piercing (done elsewhere a long time ago) as the ball was stuck fast and my attempts to undo it had failed and started to hurt. Alex was really friendly and helpful, got it out without pain and put in a new piece I had. He did this all for free and gave me some advice on another piercing I want. Shall be heading back soon to get this done. Thank you so much for your help!”

“I have been coming here since 1981 when I was 10 years old. My father took us and his clients here when Valecci opened and me, the same, 25 years later. It was my eldest son’s 21st last night and this is where he wanted to come. 3 generations later and still the same classy experience; The food is exceptional, Enzo and his staff are the best in the business and nothing is too much trouble. If cost is your priority, this is not your kind of restaurant. If first class food served by exceptionally attentive yet subtle waiters in intimate and personal surroundings is what’s required, come here as you’ll never be disappointed.”

“Went to Penelope’s on Wednesday, it’s opening day. My daughter and I had the Penelope’s special pancakes. They were amazing with fresh fruit , syrup and clotted cream. The restaurant has been beautifully decorated inside and has an fab outdoor area. There is a farm shop which you can also access via the restaurant selling lots of local produce. I picked up some funky pasta, a baking kit for my daughter and some doggy treats . A super first experience and can’t wait to try the pizzas .”

“Tremendous experience with this bunch, customer service was second to none and put the bigger companies to shame. Got called back when they said they would, helped immensely with understanding the quote and got it cheaper with better terms than anyone else , With friendly staff to boot! Special mention to Denise who I dealt with, even got a call just to say thanks for dropping off the paper work, a genuine call, not some robot with a headset. Couldn't recommend them enough.”
