The weekly choreography is well pitched & always gives you a good challenge, you leave the class on a high with a sense of achievement & a smile on your face. “I took up salsa lessons 7 months ago ,I've become addicted to it my first teachers are Heidi and Trever from Sweetlead on a Wednesday evening, I also go to other classes on a Thursday evening and Friday evening to get more practice and floor time .I can honestly say that sweetlead is the best class to go to the Teachers have more time for you and the atmosphere is far better than the other classes I've attended . “Great Classes and asmotphere. I attended a Bachata Workshop on a Saturday for 3 hours. From the begining it was very professional as we were explained the method and how we would develop our learning every hour. Groups were divided into levels and before we danced we started with a warming up process. Both teacher (Jeff and Mia) explained every doubt we had. I personally recommend both the classes and workshop if you like to go a bit deeper ;) .”

“I have been with Figoura since the outset. In my view, there isn't a better Greek dancing teacher in the UK! Jack has the most amazing knowledge about Greek dances. His passion, professionalism, natural flair, all round expertise and his natural gift as a dancer and as a teacher are second to none. He never ceases to amaze me with his intricate knowledge of so many Greek dances. He generates a terrific environment in class. The highlight of my week. The lessons are always so vibrant and fun. “Thursday Pilates class with Josie Kukor was great. This was my first time at Flow, so wasn’t sure what to expect. I am completely out of shape - but Josie was incredibly kind and helpful to get me started. There needs to be more instructors as warm as she is - makes everything so much easier. The dance studio is not pretentious and feels very much like “home”.”

“Easily the best dance studios in London and probably the World. Have been sending dancers to classes here for over 20 years. Great friendly and edgy atmosphere. All studios with mirrirs, barre, sound systems and pianos. Varying sizes across 4 floors. Literally every type of dance class from beginners ballet and jazz to West end companies and reggaeton. Studios can be hired for very reasonable prices but they are busy. Classes range in price and you can join as a member. Highly recommended.”

“Nearly a year ago I took my fiancé for a surprise dance lesson with Paul. Paul had already emailed back and forth with helpful and clear emails so I was prepared. We were nervous because neither of us can dance but straight away Paul had us dancing and laughing. And over the course of a year we didn’t stop laughing or dancing. He prepared a routine and trained us with such patience and warmth. We’re so lucky to have found him. He had practical tips for the day as well as dancing knowledge. He really is the only person you need to know if you want help with the first dance. We had lots of lovely comments about our waltz to Etta James ‘At Last’ at our wedding. My friends who are already married said they wish they’d had lessons rather than doing the dreaded ‘wedding shuffle’ for 2 minutes.
