This was my first appointment and Sarah took the time to find out about what I wanted my hair to be like, listened and gave good advice about what would work. I’d made the booking months ago, before the lockdown and Sarah had remembered everything we discussed on the call about my hair which I thought was very impressive. “Was a loyal customer at American nails for 4 years but one day I was made to feel a fool. So I went here. The best thing I ever did the customer service is out of this world they all talk English the nails are not rushed you get a free tea or coffee with as little as just a eye brow wax.
