She gave me such good advice about my face shape, hair quality, what style would suit me, advised me about the right haircut that would suit my hair texture when it’s wet or dry. I actually felt like she listened to what I needed and didn’t just do what I tell her. Made me feel heard, this woman. Vicky was just so nice and sweet, and cut my hair perfectly. It feels so light and cute. This was my first hair cutting experience in the UK and I’m glad I chose Heaven Scent for it. “I went in to ask them to look at a dermal piercing I had done elsewhere as it was inflamed. The lady advised it would be better to remove it, which she did. She removed the dermal piercing very well with no problems. The studio was very clean and tidy and everyone was really friendly and welcoming.
