“This is the best Pizza Express in Surrey. The Pizza Chef has been working that oven for 25+ years!!! He used to be making the pizzas there when I was a boy, and I returned this week after 14 years living abroad to find him still there.....and he made some epic food. IT WAS SO GOOD I RETURNED WITH MY FAMILY 3 TIMES IN THE 1 WEEK WE WERE VISITING!! the staff here are also fantastic, friendly and helpful, and all this trickles down from the Manageress who has also been running this place perfectly for years!! @pizzaexpressheadoffice needs to take note and reward these guys for excellence!!”

“I had the best experience with the staff at this it, and I wish I could remember the name of the two staff members. One was wearing a headscarf and the other was a polish lady. Extremely helpful and honestly the customer service was impeccable. Thank you”
Costa Coffee
“A nice branch with a nice and interesting interior design. The first thing I saw was a neat display of cakes and savouries. Friendly staff, constant smiles all around. ^_^ Today I treated myself to a Latte with Caramel syrup. Sweet and tasty. Feeling hungry I ordered a ham&cheese toastie. Heated, crunchy, and tasty. And then I came across something that caught my eye, it turned out to be Cheese scones so I thought I try one, warmed up and served with butter. It was delicious. The melting butter boosted the cheese flavour. I ate with glee. My visit was pleasant. Thank you Costa.”
The Somers Town Coffee House
“A lovely place tucked away from all the crazy busy places around both Euston and kings cross stations. The Old Frizzle Pub (Wimbledon)
“Enjoyed our first Sunday roast here since arriving in England from the US. I thought it was great. Veggies were great. Meat was tender. Gravy had great flavor. The staff is very nice and we loved the atmosphere”
Duke Of York
“I went there to have a beer on my own and meet up with a long lost friend. My experience was really good! I could choose from a fine selection of beer, and I was served by a really nice member of staff. When I asked if they by any chance could show German football, they spent time figuring out for me. They were not succesful, but I was happy anyways. The vibe I got at the place was really great. It seemed good looking, and the place of the bar wasn't far from the bigger streets, but it still gave you a sence of being hidden away a bit, which I enjoy more than going to any other major bar! All in all great experience!”
The Alexandra
“Went last Friday, and had a great time, a lady called Raluca served me at the bar and she was really nice, polite and funny too. She checked up on me and my friends, topped up our drinks when we were running low and made sure we had a really good time.”
The Eaglet
“Great atmosphere and service all sport screens good music proper pub”
The Woodman
“Wonderful pub with a large beer garden just outside Highgate tube station. Stopped there for a quick pint and grab before meeting with the rest of our group- ended up staying there till closing time! Food is delicious and beer is cold. Table service is lovely- you don't need to leave your table to get a drink. Green and airy garden. Will definitely be back”
The Holland Tringham
“First visit here for nearly 15 years. It is a decidedly different place. The pub was very clean and tidy which is a far cry from the disaster this place was back in the day. And thankfully the dubious odours are a thing of the past. The staff were friendly and actually seemed eager- again, a major improvement. All in all it seems a nice place with the only downside being the large vine covered trellises are now gone but it's still a nice place. The breakfast (with eggs) was excellent as was the Guinness.”
Canterbury Arms
“Karaoke Friday's great atmosphere wonderful staff friendly and inviting”
The Hudson Bay - JD Wetherspoon
“Nice pub with interesting history. Some very cheap beers or ciders £1.79 a pint in Jan 2023? Food is pretty reasonable as well. What's not to like?”
