Before we came here, we looked at other nurseries in Uxbridge., but we knew straight away that Monkey Puzzle was the right choice for our son. We liked what we saw, how the staff were interacting with the kids, and we felt very welcome when we first came there. Our Son started on the toddler floor in 2020 and is currently a pre-schooler. It is incredible, how much he has learned at Monkey Puzzle in one year only. The staff played a huge part in our son’s development. We love how engaged they are and how much they care about our son’s well-being. Everybody at Monkey Puzzle is exceptionally caring, loving, and professional. Also, we don’t know how they do it, but they constantly keep coming up with new and creative ideas how to entertain the kids. It’s a place where we leave our son without having any concerns that he will not be treated the way we would want it to. We cannot recommend Monkey Puzzle Uxbridge highly enough! “I have a 4.5 month old Staffordshire Bull Terrier and we started puppy classes at 3 months old. We joined for many reasons including socialisation for her and to also remind myself as it has been a long time since having a puppy! The classes have been really useful and the pups love it! Great training tips and play time! Homework provided each week and a nice folder supplied to keep that info in, along with photos that are taken each week - nice little touch! I definitely feel a lot more confident with my pup now and we will be continuing into the next stage of classes! Even if you don't feel your pup needs much training, I would still recommend these classes as it's fun for pups and at great value!”

“Ashley from Ickenham Heating was not able to come out but sent another colleague within the day I contacted him. I had a wonderful experience and full diagnostic from his colleague Chris who went through everything fully and explained all the workings of the heating system in a a very thorough way and made non pressurised recommendations. Charged a very small call out fee (unlike most) so cant thank them enough for their stress free response. Many thanks Ashley for sending Chris.”

I have taken all three of my children to Kathryn's classes and it's the one class that I have made sure we continue when they started going to Preschool- partly because they didn't want to stop, and partly because I didn't either. “I have two children at this school, one in Yr. 2 and the other just started Reception having attended the Nursery. Both of them throughly enjoy attending and learning in this environment and it constantly amazes me just how varied their knowledge has become. From day one (2years ago) when there were only 43 4 year olds, to this day of over 250 pupils, there has been a consistent and tenacious focus on delivering the best learning for all of its pupils. The leadership team are warm and welcoming, making themselves highly visible at the school gate and always willing to listen to parents' views or offer advice. They have set out a strong set of values and life skills which are positively reinforced across the school in a consistent way from class teacher to whole assembly. For some of these traits the children are asked to behave like a particular ' Learnasaur ' character such as the Tryasaurus who is always willing to try new things or a Sharadactyl who shares their learning resources. Both my kids have really engaged with this type of encouragement and it is commonplace to hear us talking about them at home. All the staff that have been recruited display a huge passion for delivering the best experience for the children, whether they're dinner ladies, site managers or have office roles. The teaching staff are great and display the same understated professionalism day in day out, they have embraced the opportunity this new school presents and are working well together to deliver a first class education. Mr Butler's musical influences have shown themselves many times over the last couple of years during assemblies and Nativity plays. My personal highlight was last years Year 1 performance which involved the whole year group, lasted over 40 mins and was incredible to watch, it was hard to believe we were watching 6 year olds as the performance level and engagement across the whole group was so strong and mature. Other highlights from last year included the children asking Boris Johnson some tough questions when he visited the school and the Pupils performing their 'Big Dance' at the summer fayre.”

“Both of my kids learned swimming with this awesome friendly team. My eldest is a confident swimmer and youngest is enjoying her journey so far. The water is warm, place very hot. There are showers and plenty of free parking. Highly recommended.”
