Outdoor Owls Forest School Nursery - Richmond Nursery
● Closed“Outdoor Owls is just not a nursery, they offer a very inclusive and holistic way to explore the beautiful world we inhabit and they do it with so much presence and love. This has been so important in the development of our child.Though it has only been few months, the changes we get to see in him are profound. The way his sense of expression and self confidence has developed in this relatively short period of time is incredible. He has started to tell stories, make new friends and get comfortable with new people around. Everytime we pick and drop him the space feels so alive! The enthusiasm of the children mixed with the freshness of nature, it is always a treat to be in that energetic space even for few minutes. A lot of work and effort goes into being around and manage so many kids in the outdoors, but the teachers do it so effortlessly. They are so committed to their wellbeing. They are the perfect nurtures and a home away from home. Outdoors has been very important to us growing up so we were very excited for our child but Outdoor Owls turned out to be much more than what we expected, they are a perfect place to lay the foundation. I would highly recommend sending kids to an actual forest school/nursery like Outdoor Owls for a holistic physical, mental and emotional development.”

LinguaPlay-Richmond
● Open“My youngest daughter went to this Saturday school a year and a half ago after covid. My daughter was 7 years old at that time and she completely resisted the language. Online lessons, she cried and sat on the floor at the table, for lessons at home, it was difficult for us with the schedule and we decided to set aside Saturday for studying the Russian language in classes. My daughter is making great progress, she has a girlfriend there, she goes to school with pleasure. Administrator Olga is very responsive and attentive, helps us decide cottages and questions. We have a very positive experience.”

Richmond Park Academy
● Closed“My son goes to this school and he's very happy. The headmaster Mr Mundy-Castle is a very positive and inspiring man. The progression this school is going through is quite brilliant. I have no doubt that RPA will go from Good to Outstanding in the next Ofsted report and it doesn't surprise me more and more East Sheen and Barnes families are now sending their kids here. Sixth Form students are now leaving here to go to Oxford. I felt compelled to leave a review because all the One Star reviews I'm reading on here don't seem to ring true with what we're seeing.”

Marble Hill Playcentres
● Open“My kids (3.5 and 2 years old) love going to the One O’Clock Club (for kids 0-5 years). It is now open till 5pm, giving more time to play after napping. The Playground is very safe - no swings or big slides or high climbing. And there are great play-workers there playing with the kids and doing all sorts of activities. That means I can relax and enjoy a cup of coffee!!! And yes - there is great coffee there now as well!! The kids can play inside and outside, so a great place to come rain or shine. Our favorite so far has been the big sand pit with a parasol over it. There is also a brilliant Adventure Playground for over 5s, where the kids play independently and the parents are not allowed. You can go in together on the family days (first Saturday of every month) with the younger ones as well. My daughter absolutely loved it! Disclaimer: I am one of the trustees of the charity that operates the playcentres. So you can see I am very excited about it :)) Come and try yourself!!! And feel free to ask any questions.”

Marshgate Primary School
● Open“I have two boys at Marshgate Primary School since Reception, now in Year 5 and Year 3. I am very happy with the school. The teachers are amazing, encouraging and providing extra support when needed and they try their best to boost children's confidence. They are always available for a chat. All support staff are great, from teaching assistants to office staff, always helpful and friendly. I also like the community spirit and all events PSA is working really hard to organise. I would recommend this school to anyone.”

Sudbrook School
● Closed“Sudbrook is a lovely school, the children are loved and taught and come out with a good background. There is a great mix of physical and mental work coupled with healthy amounts of play. Honestly we could have done with having longer hours but if that's the worst problem then they are doing very very well. Highly recommended for your little ones. Not recommended as a sixth form college :) ......................”
