“My son is in the baby room, its a massive space for him to roam around with endless activities inside. The staff are lovely and I feel like he is in safe hands while he is there. There is a sensory space which is great. The nursery staff update the app often and share pictures which I think is very nice.”

“NOT 5 STAR.... JUST SO YOU SEE IT. My mum wasn't allowed in with me, even after having a very bad panic attack and telling the nurse I suffer with anxiety. The security guard was letting some in whilst others had to wait outside in the cold. I had my blood pressure checked, still had it on my arm deflated. Was talking to my mum on the phone, one sassy male nurse asked me to get up and move seats as another wanted to use the blood pressure machine ( when I stood up I felt funny). I said "one sec", before I could say goodbye to my mum and slowly stand, he had ripped the arm band off and pulled the machine out the wall. Never met such a rude nurse, overall he had a terrible attitude. Sat there waiting for another 45 minutes in a different waiting room (a total of 7 hours). An older lady sat next to me and had been waiting 2 hours for a brain scan, when the xray guy asked if the sassy nurse could help undress her, he groaned and walked off. Another older person wanted their son with them whilst he was having a blood test, he was told "you don't need him, it's just a blood test". My bloods came back "normal" , and they didn't offer me a Covid test, but kept asking if I'd took one. Went to my GP, I have Covid and a Vitamin deficiency.... They didn't test for what I said could be wrong in the first place!!!! Dont trust these people, they are rude and don't care. No compassion. In the end I walked out. GO ELSEWHERE IF YOU CAN!!!!!”

“We had a birthday party at the soft play and booked exclusive hire. Everything was ready and decorated before we arrived, all we had to do was turn up. The ladies organising on the day were superb, especially Nazmin who made sure the afternoon went to time. The food was cooked fresh and there was excellent communication between us and the venue. The play facilities are great, the kids had so much fun. Thanks Red Stairs Soft Play for a great day for our daughter.”

“A very personalized, family oriented nursery. Teachers are always looking after the well being of each child, including if the kid speaks another language other than English or parents come from abroad. Teachers are very friendly, and are always careful with hygiene inside nursery and children's health. There are field trips and different activities organized throughout the year so children learn a lot about the world that surrounds them. They have two outdoor play areas. My daughter loved the couple of years she went there before starting reception and made really nice friends.”

“My son was at Alphablocks for 2.5 years and he loved it there. His days were filled with both teacher led and independent fun activities in a safe and nurturing environment. All the team were interested in his development and by the time he left, their investment in him was evident. I was also very happy with the personal care given to him from when he started there in diapers to being toilet trained when he left. One of the first things that attracted me to the Nursery was the extensive outdoor space. The children spend a lot of time outdoors in most weather playing, learning and exploring. It also helped in preparation for Reception that Alphablocks introduces the children to Phonics and Numeracy early. I also liked that the Nursery uses storybook themes in an inventive way as part of the children’s learning. I can’t recommend Alphablocks highly enough.”

The classes are very friendly and I have made many friends throughout the years. I very much look forward to the Social evenings which are so enjoyable and are an ideal opportunity to meet dancers from other classes. I look forward to many more years' dancing with Angie.”
