“Been taking my two Scottie's to Penny since they were babies. Scotties are known for being incredibly difficult and stubborn dogs, which my two definitely are, however, despite this, Penny still manages to do an amazing job - they come out looking like a million dollars and looking like models! Penny has a brilliant way with them, makes them feel completely at ease and looks after them like they are her own. I have complete trust in Penny and so do they. I would never go anywhere else. I highly recommend Penny at Give the dog a comb Banstead - she honestly works wonders.”

Sam has been reliable, supportive and responsive to any challenges and we can't recommend pet care cottage highly enough. During behavioural consultations with Sam other dog walkers also dropped by to say hello and recommend her services.”

My daughter started early this year and as first-time parents, finding a friendly, welcoming nursery was most important for us and thats exactly what we found at Little Haven School.The teachers are kind, warm and very approachable. “My son has been here only for 2 weeks and I have to say Iv noticed him flourish, this preschool needs more credit for their work, They provided me with an app where they post pictures and write about his progress and areas he needs to work on I have to say Iv been paying bright horizons for him to be there all day before, I cannot say that for the money you pay that the service is anywhere near It cant even compete Burgh Wood Montessori your amazing Joanne is doing an amazing job Thank you”

“My daughter spent two wonderful years at Beeches with Sharon and the team 2017/2019. She learned so much in this time, little things like how to put on her coat, important things like early years writing skills and she made so many things (which we have kept) cooking classes were great, also class sports days were always fun. The school was always clean and tidy, staff were very caring and dependable. I was very sad to see her leave for pre school. I absolutely would recommend Beeches and want to say thank you to Sharon for turning my little toddler into the superstar she is today .. Claire G”

“What a fantastic nursery!!! After being let down by another nursery, I was quite apprehensive about finding another that I would feel at peace with my child attending. I came across Shapes and from the first phone call the ladies were outstanding and put me ( first time mum, returning back to work) at ease. I had a viewing at the nursery and the deputy manager was waiting for us by the door and welcomed us with open arms, which was really nice and left a great first impression with hubby! My child was allowed to play whilst we toured the nursery and instantly I had that feeling that Shapes was going to be the place. All the staff members said hello to us, or even acknowledged us with a smile and when we came back to our child he didn’t want to leave!! (Lots of bribing that he will come back and play) Communication with the nursery is great, and at every pick up they provide you with a breakdown of your child’s day and how they have done. They do well to help encourage your child with their milestones (using the toilet, counting, ABC’s etc) and my child is truly excited to attend nursery. Every quarter you receive newsletters, there are notices are on the doors, and the managers have an open door policy so you can say hello or pop in for a quick word at any time. They have a interactive Facebook page and most rooms have a WhatsApp group with the parents where you can all chit- chat! You will receive emails as and when there are important notices providing this information. The staff members are truly outstanding and I really do feel safe leaving my child with them all day, they truly care for all children and treat them fairly. They asked at our pre meeting whether we minded if they hugged your child or consoled them if they were upset and of course you instantly say yes please!!! As the thought of them being upset and as you won’t be there to console ran through my mind, that question really put my mind at ease that they will do their best with him. The nursery holds parents evenings, in summer there are get together for the parents (without the children), at Christmas there’s usually a mulled wine and mince pies parents evening for those who enjoy that! The kids do not go offsite, however the facilities i.e a dedicated soft play room, and planned activities are really great and I have seen my child’s imagination truly grow since attending Shapes. Although my child has moved up rooms twice now, all of his old room teachers if passing will ask how he is doing or say good morning to him and take a real interest and leaving your child somewhere for the whole day, you want your child to not be another number but be noticed and loved and he truly gets that from Shapes! I cannot thank all the staff at Shapes for making this experience for my husband and I, an amazing experience. And although we have moved further out we still make the journey to Shapes because of the great experience we have had. Keep doing an amazing job and most definitely check out Shapes Day Nursery because it is truly a fantastic place!!”

“Onside football training has grown a lot since it started. Now weekly and with mini teams that play monthly match days. The coaching staff are inclusive of all abilities and welcome new members into coaching exercises. Using the most of Stanley Park high schools cavernous sports hall and outdoor Muga, onside is able to bring coaching to a wider range of ages. Onside is a charity that helps grass roots foot in the UK and in some developing countries. Most of the training is free, or if part of the weekly team set up there is a small monthly fee. Rob is great with our timid tortishell and have always found him to go the extra mile (eg. offering to water plants and open/shut curtains for us)! “I visit the soft play at Donyngs regularly with my 2 little ones. It is considerably cheaper than other local soft plays and is absolutely fantastic! The equipment is in excellent condition and there is lots for the kids to play on and with. I would recommend a visit.”

The staff at the old barn day nursery provide a stimulating environment both inside and outside for the children that offers memorable and new experiences during exploration and inspirational play to give the children the very best start ready for their future. i would highly recommend a visit, you wont be disappointed.”
