“Went to exchange some walking boots bought as a Christmas gift (with a receipt) but which were slightly ṭoo narrow at the toes. Tomasz was the member of staff who looked after me (and others) during a very busy period in the shop. He was very helpful and patient as I tried to find boots that fit, and then organised an order for home delivery for me when the I found the boots but they did not have the colour I preferred in stock.”
