Mr Khan was brilliant absolutely and fantastic . he was so helpful. we have had the sofa delivered and as we were renovating we did not open it until about 5 weeks after delivery. he has been so accommodating and has asked me to email the store so that he can help me get the cushions even after the delivery. fantastic service all round and i would always buy from DFS ROMFORD STORE because of the help and service provided by Mr Khan. “Ordered a Stansted Airport return journey last minute. Ali our driver was early for pickup and was polite and courteous, the car was spotless inside and out and the journey to the airport was smooth and comfortable arriving bang on time. Ali was in constant contact on our arrival back to Stansted a fortnight later and was there to pick us up bang on time although we had a slight delay with our flight.
