The Head mechanic Marcos talked me through the job and made it interesting, unlike most garages where they assume you wouldn't be interested. John The other team member on site were polite and looked like they were enjoying their jobs. I recommend Grays Chingford you don't have to believe me - check it out yourself.”

“I joined this practice a year or so ago. I feel very lucky to have been taken in when they opened it for NHS patients for a short time. Since I joined I have seen the dentist, Dr Alisa McGregor twice and also the Hygienist Teuta with the dental nurse Shianna. On every occasion I felt not only that I was in safe hands but also that they genuinely wanted to make the whole experience as pleasant as possible, they make you feel very comfortable. Added to this, the lovely ladies, Evgenia and Hannah who greet you and take care of all bookings and admin are fantastic. Every time I go in they are cheerful and enthusiastic and always go out of the way to help. The whole team and practice are top drawer, I am a very happy customer!”

“After our recent experience with Medivet, I'm happy to drive 20 miles to this practice. Medivet were trying to push us towards paying 8k in overnight drip stays and liver shunt surgery when our little guy was dying from wet FIP. The lovely nurse that dealt with us spotted the tell tales on the first visit and went above and beyond, even ringing me at 8pm on a Friday night to discuss his bloods results.”

“I booked a MOT for my 4x4 online, received confirmation email and text messages and importantly reminder messages prior to my appointment. The staff were courteous and very professional. I check my vehicle in and went for a stroll. It should have been ready on my return after 45 mins, but unfortunately there was an issue with the computers. This was clearly explained to me in a nice way and another 30 minutes later the care was ready to drive away. I cannot fault the team at Halfords Grays. Well done!”

“I cannot recommend Dr Shahpour Hemmati and the team enough, they are extremely kind, calm and understanding. I searched for over 7 months for a way to undergo a tooth extraction as I am very needle phobic and DentoBeauty was the only dentist I found that is truly amazing with nervous patients. I thought I wanted micro blading but have a low pain threshold…I put my faith in her expertise and went for the less painful and evasive ombré brow… Alisa knew exactly which brow shape and shade suited my face and skin colour. “Tried to use self service dog wash for my boy today who has spinal condition, can be very stubborn and extra large breed. So unfortunately couldn't get him in the bath as he is too heavy to lift. Staff were very helpful and understanding and gave me refund no questions asked. Staff explained fully how to use machine and machine seemed very user friendly just shame couldn't get my boy in it. Definitely recommend for other people to try, that doesn't have x-large breed that requires lifting. Great customer service.”

“BMW F10 M5 - I write this review for anyone who like myself has been researching recommended garages and have been recommended GND. I would approach any garage with hesitation, especially if dealing with any high performance car. Petyo (Proprietor) unlike others, did quickly gain my trust from our first conversation because I could quickly understand he understood not the only the work I wanted done, but how it would be achieved. Rod bearings, injectors and stem seals (and a host of other niggly bits) I think the proof was in the pudding when I arrived to see a host of BMW M Cars from M3s, M5s and M6s. Not only the M cars waiting to been seen too waiting outside in the fenced off court yard, but the 5 or 6 M cars already being prepared or worked on inside their garage. My gut feeling was right, and I trusted it and I’m pleased I did. I’ve collected the car now and it’s clearly obvious that what they have done is remarkable. Regular updates and a very straight to the point approach that worked for me. I will be using GND again without hesitation and for anyone finding them selfs in this same position; please pm me on the BMW F10 M5 Facebook group.”

“I was recommended to Atlas repairs by another service provider i used to deal with. The initial call was handled very professionally and mobile mechanic carried out the work to very high standard. Then with another couple of issues with tail lift which needed workshop attention i met the guys at the workshop (Sam and Damo) and they were fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable with what they do. While waiting for parts they have carried out temporary repair so the vehicle is not off road and always find solutions to keep the operation going. These people bent over backwards to provide the service I wanted at such short notice and I couldn't be more pleased, don't waste your time going elsewhere.”

“Hungarian Dentist London is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The team was very professional examining and providing with solutions and recommendations. They gave me two quotes based on location of treatment and provided me a genuine advice. I choose to go to Budapest for my dental implant rather than performing here in London based on information I got and Janos was liaising and organising my trip and I cannot thank him enough for the way he assured me and it turns out that my first treatment went well in Budapest and the stuff there is also very professional and awesome.”
