We have always found all the staff to be very friendly and knowledgeable and efficient. The very few times in all those years we have had a problem with our teeth we have been seen as soon as possible and nothing has been too much trouble. We would thoroughly recommend this dental practice.”

“I am very happy to have such a nice and lovely vet for my dog. I highly recommend it. Prices fluctuate but it's not at all expensive. What can be more expensive are the tests that our pet may needs to undergo, besides both the vaccines and the consultation are relatively cheap. Both the receptionists and the vet are kind and delicate people. Fantastic care, even if our pet has to stay at the clinic for tests and examinations, we always receive a phone call to inform us of our baby's clinical situation. My dog ​​is getting old but she always has a 5* service.”

“I Had to have my Little Titch put to sleep yesterday as she had been terribly ill with cushings for so long, she got to the stage where she wasn't having any good days anymore. It broke our heart to let her go The vet I love to see is Nichole and she was there to see Titch to the end and comfort us. She is amazing and everyone else that has seen Titch over the last few years Thanks to her I wont have any horrible last memories only warm and compassionate”

“Firstly I would like to thank Amanda for being very helpful and responsive. I have taken my cat for a second opinion on a heart murmur. I have then struggled to find a specialist that would carry out a heart scan. I have been looking to find a specialist who could assist me and I have been emailing Best Friends Group and Amanda has followed up with me several times and called me to help me find a specialist. I booked online the Monday afternoon and got an appointment for Tuesday morning, next day. I got there just before 10am and was out of there by 10:10am. There was 4 people in front of me. “Don’t listen to Google reviews Today was the first time I went to this dentist for my daughter and son. Now the dentist may come across abrupt but I don’t actually think she is rude or anything of that sort. My children's teeth are bad and they need to have extractions, fillings and need to see the hygienist. She just said she isn’t being rude but she has to say it how it is otherwise she isn’t doing her job. Her job is to take care of our teeth. The nurse was nice, quite but nice. Receptionist was fine too. I think ppl from certain ethnicity come across rude but really none of them are. I was pleasantly surprised by them after reading the reviews I was a little nervous. Thank you for a decent service and hope to see you next Tuesday. Basically if you take offence quickly and get emotional then this not the dentist for you lol :)”
