“This hotel delivers the Premier Inn promise with relish. A warm welcome from the check-in team was the start of a great stay. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. The hotel is in a great location if connecting overnight through Terminal 5. Bus 8 from Heathrow stops near the hotel's entrance.”

“Great food served promptly. Bit of a queue outside on a Sunday night, but stuck with it and glad we did as the queue shifted to nothing in less than five minutes. Just the right amount of time reading the menu before the waitress asked for our order, which came less than 10 minutes later. All freshly prepared and bang on to the descriptions in the menu. The dishes looked exactly like the menu which is rare these days. Waitress was quick with the next round of drinks and then the bill. Couldn't really ask for more, thank you Yasmin.”

“Popped in here for a bite to eat before the cinema. The food was decent but a little overpriced I'd say. They have a pizza on the menu for over £20!! Needless to say I didn't order it (it may have been massive? ) I had carbonara as its not a fancy dish, just a reliable meal, and that's what I got. It was a busy Friday night and we were served in about 25 minutes, which was great considering the restaurant was nearly full. Both staff who served were excellent and a credit to Prezzo, I'm sorry I didn't get their names. Thanks to the team for having us fed in time for the cinema!”

“Fantastic cut and colour. I now never go anywhere else. A small and friendly salon, really good quality haircuts and excellent value for money. At first I wondered if they mainly did (ahem) more of the older generation haircuts.. so it took a while for me to try them, but I’ve now been a customer for 3 years. Can’t recommed enough.”

“Easy to book and update. Alerts sent in advance of trip. SMS and email alert nearing your arrival. The driver is super attentive - even calls and SMS beforehand. Comfortable, hassle-free, and safe journey to hotel. Why bother figuring out where you need to go with public transport or wait endlessly at cab queues that may not be the most reliable. My 1st time using and I would use them again for future trips.”

“A very pleasant visit, was shown several mattresses, was fully informed of the properties of each mattress and which would suit my needs most, was able to make the purchase and take the mattress away with me. very helpful polite and pleasant and also loaded the mattress into the car for me, a very nice personal service that is lacking in a lot of other stores these day would highly recommend”

“Beautiful place with tasty food. Once you enter inside the Restaurant it feels like visiting an Art gallery. Once you settle in a chair it gives homely feeling.Thank God !!! They have separate menu for gluten free cuisine. Beautiful ambiance and quality food with great hospitality.”

“Friendly and helpful staff. Even when there is a long queue, I'm served quickly. Lots of seating downstairs and upstairs and it's cleaned regularly throughout the day. I go for the coffee, which is very nice for a chain. I do hope they bring more variety to the coffee blends though.”

“Really lovely hotel, staff went above and beyond to make sure we had breakfast before they were serving food. The hotel had free parking, the room was well equipped, however the heating stayed on full all night, so we ended up opening the window to help cool the room down. The only other downside was the shower screen is too small. After taking a shower it leaves a puddle down between the bathtub and the toilet. Would happily stay again, it's within a 7 minute drive of Heathrow airport making it a convenient place to stop when flying.”
