“Friendly pub with lots of space and a big function room at the back they use for events. The beer is Fullers and we'll kept and the atmosphere is good.”

“This is our regular curry restaurant. We've been coming here for many years. It used to be called The Gurkha Kitchen but they changed the name, although the staff and menu remained the same. The food is well prepared, tasty and reasonably priced. I could just deduct one star as there are parts of the restaurant that could with a lick of paint, but as the food and friendly service are so good, I want to stick with a full star count. I can recommend it.”

“Excellent aromatic flavours that taste authentic. This is no cheap imitation - it’s the real deal. The food fresh and of a high grade. Even after I left, the mesmerising taste taste stayed in my mouth. I definitely will be buying from there again. The premises are very clean and attractive. Something that is always reassuring in the food trade. I’m very fussy where I eat and found the food to be easy on my sensitive stomach.”

“Such a lovely local pub. Ben was so helpful behind the bar and made sure everything I needed was seen to. Liam, as supervisor was absolutely delightful and ran a tight ship. Such a lovely little buzz with brilliant service.”

“This place is Magical! It is absolute perfection, the food, the amibiance, and Rubik's beautiful hospitality make you feel like you're coming home after years away. It's the kind of place where you think you'll just pop in for a quick drink or a bite, and the next thing you know you've made new friends, laughed with old ones and realized you never want to leave. And the food, "This is so good I could cry" was said many times! Cheers to Rubik, this might just be one of my favorite dining experiences of all times!”

“Amazing dining experience and splendid service! We ordered risotto pollo e fungi (chicken and mushroom risotto) and tagliatelle gamberi e aspargi (fettucine with prawns and asparagus) and they were absolutely nothing like we tasted before. Both were scrumptious and cooked to the right texture. Comfort food at its best! I recommend adding the red-pepper-infused olive oil while savouring their cuisines. The server/host Luca was especially friendly. He helped us with sprinkling cheese powder and pepper, then upon settling our bill, offered us complimentary Limoncello which tasted really delicate. If you’re ever in Twickenham, this is the place to check out for a cosy and warm dining experience.”

“A little gem of a place. The bruschetta was enormous and would have fed two people and the diavola pizza was excellent. I like everything about this unpretentious restaurant. Worth a try.”

“Lovely cafe, with great food and drink. I hung out for an extended period of time and worked, while waiting for glasses repair at nearby Specsavers. And the staff have been super friendly and accommodating. Much appreciated shelter on a rainy day!”

“Came in here for dinner after the rugby and it was the perfect choice. The food is absolutely smashing and there is so much to choose from for both veggies and meat eaters. The staff are really attentive and friendly, and was a great place to finish off a cracking day. Will definitely return when i head to Twickenham again.”

“This is THE BEST Greek restaurant around hands down. The portions are HUGE and delicious. Being a fellow Greek I cannot rate it enough. The staff are all very friendly and warm. Nice Greek music played in the background. I go there at least once every two months. Highly recommend. 5 Stars :)”

“Location is just on the edge of Twickenham town centre. Good pub ambience. There’s a nice all weather garden terrace which is great. Nice food menu with well thought-out selection of tantalising contemporary dishes and a wide array of ales and beers. I had the wild boar sausage served with creamy mash, green beans and lovely onion gravy. My lunch companion had the pan fried seabass served with green beans, lovely spring onions mashed potatoes. This was topped with white wine creamy sauce that had brown shrimps and chives. I must say the food was generally above average quality. The restaurant team and the waiting staff were extremely polite, eager to help and very cheerful.”

“Great staff, very reasonably and serve good beer. No issues if you ask for a top up etc. I usually find that an issue in pubs. Anyway this pub should be proud of its etiquette, really excellent. My dad played for the football team in 1974 and still drinks in here. One of the few fullers pubs they haven't ruined - good work team who work there.”

“Best fish and chips in the Twickenham area for sure. Food is made to order and I would highly recommend the cod gougons which is their speciality and the chips are always on point. Friendly staff and reasonable prices 10/ 10.”

“I would recommend The Winning Post- good food, free large car park and spacious venue. We were a table of 4 and went to eat. I have to say that they’re sharing nachos are some of the nicest I have tasted- the freshly made tortilla chips are really nice. It would be nicer to have some more guacamole but I often think this with nachos- this is my preferred dip. The menu has a number of vegan options which is not always common and the allergen menu online is really useful. The service was good- any minor issue resolved without delay. Staff were welcoming. Overall I would recommend and plan to return.”
