“I have tried Gurkha's Inn for dinning and a takeaway from a delivery app and I can say this is definitely a gem of Greenwich. For takeaway ordered their mixed biriyani and a green-minty chicken curry and the taste was phenomenal. Even the dips and the small vegetable curry that came with the biriyani was tasty. The food is absolutely delicious and not once have I had a poor experience in taste. A truly memorable place simply by taste alone and I'd recommend it to anyone.”

“The food here is absolutely wonderful. We stumbled upon it while on the high street and although we were a walk-in early on a Sunday evening, they managed to accommodate us. The service was excellent with attentive wait staff. The food came quickly and they had a good selection of cocktails too.”

“Where to eat Thai food outside thailand, it's here baby! Located in a 5 star hotel, the venue is next to the tube station and walking distance to paddintong station. As you enter the hotel to make your way to the restrueant, you feel immediately calm unlike if you are on the street Infront of the resturant and there are people around you that you need to dodge and avoid. The resturant is is smaller than what I had imagined but i guess by having it smaller it feels more intimate, the staff are from Thailand ( I swear they probably know the menu inside out ) friendly and very happy to recommend any food. You can smell food all around you and while you wait for you food, you keep looking everywhere to see what people are eating or have ordered. By the time the food is served, your starving! The food is delicious and the flavour reminds me of asia. Come and try, I am sure you'll never regret it! Food is delicouse, the flavour does remind me of Asia, the smell just makes you hungry”

Really good burger and the flavours were different levels. Same feelings about the Naga Delhi burger very good flavours are not over powering they’re all working together and if you have space highly recommend the poppadoms”

“Nice hidden gem in Crystal Palace. Had a lovely and tasty meal last night. Food was well presented and fresh. The lamb was so tender with no fatty parts (like other restaurants with this type of cuisine). Food was hot and delicious, plus the staff were super efficient and friendly. Inside seating set the ambience for the Persian part of the world. Loved that you can bring your own drink and pay a small corkage charge... very pleasing indeed. Will definitely be going back!”

“This is the best curry is South West London, possibly the world. This is the third time I have ordered and every time it has been utterly delicious! The portions are as big as the flavours. I consider myself an aficionado of a ‘proper curry’ and this is! The shredded tandoori chicken dish is so good (36), the chicken tikka pathia is deliciously sweet and sour with proper pieces of chunky tikka, perfectly soft and salty saag aloo and sweet and creamy motor pannier. The nann and poppadom - all done to perfection, as has been the service. I am so happy to have found you! The lovely man on the phone said that Indian Ocean has been there for 29 years, It’s sooooo obvious why! All hail the king of curries! Long may you reign!”

“Came here for my anniversary with my husband, the food was delicious, atmosphere and staff was very friendly, our food came out really quick and was super yummy, however there was a group of guys sat next to our table causing false accusations on the service, as soon as the staff would leave they would laugh between themselves. Poorly of them to do so, should be ashamed & called out for it. I did report to the manager about this and he was super nice and made our dining experience super comfortable! Would recommend everyone to try them :)”

“Great comms via Instagram (I brought my small dog with me so wanted to check if it was dog-friendly, which it is). We sat outside, which was quiet (I suspect busier during the week with the Canary Wharf work crowd) but more people dined inside. Staff were amazing- very attentive, friendly & accommodating. We went for the 2-course lunch menu, which included thali options as the main. This was perfect for us, as it had a bit of everything you fancied. My friend is coeliac, which wasn't a problem, as most of the dishes were gluten-free. The food was tasty & portions were generous (especially the starters).
