Wickham Cafe.
“Excellent food. Always busy. From bacon baps and full breakfast to full roast dinner there's always something to suit your appetite.”
Kitchen West Wickham
“Lovely food, nice big portions and great friendly service. Interior decor is nice and walls are lined with pop culture posters.”
Marmaris Restaurant & Meze Bar - West Wickham
“What a wonderful find. Lovely, friendly people, excellent food, very reasonable prices. A taste of Turkey in West Wickham. Recommended.”
Wickham Bay
“New venue for my daughter's and me. Fantastic food. Had the sea bass on a bed of mashed potatoes with pesto sauce and veg. Was really nice. My eldest she had the fish burger. Which was proper fish in batter. That was also really nice. Will definitely be visiting again. Was not very busy tonight Tuesday.”
West Wickham Charcoal Grill
“After a lot of years eating kebabs in various locations of the South East- have to say this is by far the best I have ever had! Great food and super friendly staff who remember you- very personable. Can't recommend highly enough.”
La Terrazza - Shirley
“Fantastic food, excellent and prompt service, polite staff and at a reasonable price. This is a great restraunt, and I highly encourage you to go. They were also very understanding of dietary restrictions, and made an excellent vegan pizza for me. The place is certainly child friendly, has what looks like easy access for wheelchairs, and a couple of parking spots outside, though they're not reserved for customers. My only complaint is that I like my pizzas a little more crisp, but I'm sure they would have obliged if I had only told them that.”
Omega Cafe
“Had a lovely late breakfast. I asked for lightly cooked mushrooms. Came out as I liked them.”
The Grind Café
“SUMMARY: Lovely friendly cafe / restaurant. Consistently good. We've visited on different days at different times - always hard-working, polite, diligent, and serve great quality food and drinks. Today's pictures are on a Sunday and the place is very busy - but we don't mind. It can be a bit noisy - but it's a cheerful chatty noise. We have been here when it's super-quiet and peaceful, so it's up to you to choose a good time depending on your mood. THE MENUS: Great choices of breakfast, healthy options, Mediterranean, brunch, lunch and snacks. We're never bored with the choices. Today's photos are the grilled chicken salad after the gym. Substantial, fresh and delicious. See photos of the menus. PRICES: very fair and reasonable - generous portions. DECOR & COMFORT: Contemporary look, nice, comfortable and a choice of indoor and outdoor. At the rear there is more outdoor seating in a cute yard but is down some steps. THE SERVICE: Always good. Very attentive and well trained staff. Eye contact and a genuine concern to make your visit good. They will change things, fix things and want to do the right thing for you. TOILETS: Very clean, smell-free, large, adequate with baby-changing fold down table. Step-free level access for buggies and wheelchairs. See photos. BUT... no handrails for the disabled which really would be a bonus. There was a chap in a wheelchair in the café when we visited, and it would be so much better putting a few more facilities for the less able. (Additionally, the Café entrance step could be corrected to allow for step-free access. It's very small, but I know from experience that even these small steps can be stressful for the less-able.) Finally, regarding the toilets: it is a fashion these days to install really high-powered hand driers. The one in this toilet, like many, is DEAFENING. At some stage, the law will change and these will be removed. Illogically loud. (And you can't put your wet fingers in your ears whilst trying to dry your hands! ) THE LOCATION: Busy part of West Wickham near a cross roads and the local council gym-swimming pool. So, parking outside is on the meter - see photos. The street across the road is free is you can find space (except 1-2 pm, Mon-Fri... be careful, you will get a ticket!). Or, pay to use the gym car-park. OVERALL: You can see from the ratings that The Grind is well respected and loved amongst the locals, the elderly, the young, parents with children & babies, groups, alone, the lads from the gym, the girls on a chatty afternoon... well liked by all. Cheerful, lively, successful. Well done to The Grind. We'll be back!”
All Gleaming
“Excellent job. Arrived on time, very polite and personable. Did an excellent job removing stains, carpet looks new which is incredible considering we have a dog and two young children! Provided a price range at quotation and charged us the bottom of the range. Will use again.”

“Very reasonably priced. Food was very tasty and the customer service was excellent. We tired this place for a first time on Valentine’s Day and will be going back.”
Ollie Polly Play Cafe
“Lovely play cafe for little ones, no big structures so it tends to be smaller kids and a nice small space so you can sit and have a cuppa or lunch or amazing cake and always have an eye on where little one is. Highly recommend x”

“Excellent. Perfectly cooked rice and noodles, yellow bean chicken one of the best I have ever tasted and the chicken satay avoids the excess peanut that so many have and has a gentle but delicious heat in the after taste. Take away ready spot on time. Very generous portions - I'd shared the meal with my adult son and he took the rest home for the next day! Highly recommended”
Miller & Carter Bromley
“I visited here on Christmas Eve 2022 with my brothers and mother. We were served by a waiter called Ted who was beyond friendly, considerate and catered to us massively. Considering how busy it was being Christmas Eve, Ted made our experience a breeze and was the most accommodating waiter we could have asked for. Would 100% revisit and if you have Ted as a server/waiter you will be the luckiest!”
Papa Johns Pizza
“Got 2 for Tuesday for £23 great tasting pizza even though had to wait some time as the man was there on his own”
