“Had been here for dinner with my partner and we really enjoyed the food and service. One of the nicest Japanese restaurant around Slough and Langley.”

“Now if you like Sushi, this is where you have to go if your in the area. Small little place hidden around the corner from the castle, doesn’t seem big from the outside but as you head upstairs you find a cosy little restaurant buzzing with a relaxed vibe. The menu selection is impeccable and I can honestly say, this is the best Sushi I have had in a very, I mean very long time. Generous portions, super fresh, very tasty and brilliant staff. They do takeout too, but I prefer to eat in!”

“Newly opened (July 22), and very welcome to Ickenham. Smart interior design. Menu with some unfamiliar items which are mostly just your curries under different names. Extensive vegetarian options. Standard bar. Food was really good. Service a little hesitant as team settle in. Prices low now because of opening promotion.”

“The food is excellent - having tried several starters and mains between us there was nothing disappointing about any of the dishes, with a flavour variety to accommodate all palates. The restaurant is spacious and can accommodate larger families / groups without feeling as if your table is joined to a stranger's. Service is attentive. Reasonable pricing, great value.”

“Absolutely fantastic food and even better hospitality. As soon as we entered we felt welcome. We had a jug of passion fruit juice which was nice, if a bit sweet. For starters we had the nundu and the mogo. The mogo had a nice flavour and was a good consistency. The nundu was absolutely fantastic and I really recommend it. Traditionally it's just beef fat, however, as the server explained, you can't serve grilled fat on its own in the UK, so it had beef with it. It was so full of flavour and seasoned perfectly. For mains we had sukama wiki with ugali and charsi lamb curry with naan. The sukama had a lovely flavour and went well with the ugali. I tried the curry with the ugali and it didn't go as well. The curry was spicy but really rich. We had some karak chai to finish the meal and packed up everything we didn't eat. Our server was great - very friendly and knowledgeable - and I got the feel from the restaurant that they love serving people and making people happy with their food.”

“Went to Mezzet Dar for dinner. The food was amazing had tapas and I was impressed with the sizes you get more than enough for the price you pay, the fish was fresh and delicious as well as the prawns which were my favourite the lamb was also very good. W e tried several plates/tapas and all were well presented and taste divine. The staff was extremely helpful and kind especially Jonás the Manager who helped and advise with the dishes choices, he is always smiling and very pleasant will definitely come back and 100% recommend it !”

“Excellent experience. Despite visiting on a busy Friday night, we immediately had a table and the food we ordered was brought very quickly to us. Quality of food was fantastic - great range of doner, wings and ribs. Salad was fresh and flavoursome. Very clean restaurant with a great atmosphere and decor. “This family run restaurant is a lovely place to visit if you are looking for authentic Greek food in a relaxed atmosphere. It can be a little bit noisy inside but this is a small price to pay for everything else it offers. We visited on a Saturday evening and were welcomed by one of the owners with a smile and jovial manner. During the evening all tables were occupied, some more than once, and without exception everyone around us appeared to be enjoying their food. Prices are also very reasonable and this along with the quality of the food they put on the tables is why it is packed. If you fancy a Greek meal then this restaurant is certainly worth a try.”
