“We are have been eating here for two years now. We visit at least once a month because of the delicious homely food served by the lovely and friendly owner Vikram. We are vegan and Vikram caters to our vegan needs very well. They have plenty of vegan options as well (except yogurt and dairy based desserts). They can make Puran Poli vegan though which is a huge plus :)”

“On Friday 24th Feb, a small group of us had dinner at Studio Five. The food and service were excellent - honestly, I couldn't fault it. The place was fairly empty, but that was fine for us. We were served by a lady, Tina - she was outstanding. I would definitely revisit.”

“Every time I got to Wembley Boxpark I always think I’m going to try somewhere new but I always end up at Mama Jacq’s! Love the food here, generous portion size as well as the food being consistently tasty. I always get the boneless chicken curry with rice and peas plus mac and cheese- without a doubt always delicious every time. It’s pretty inevitable that next time I’m in Boxpark I’ll end up here and order exactly the same thing!”

“Restaurant has a nice interior and a nice ambient atmosphere. The menu has a variety of food and some good options for vegetarians. The food tasted fresh and the pasta was cooked perfectly with plenty of flavour. The waiter and waitress were very friendly and polite. The restaurant was a little busy when I visited but the service was still very good. I would advise booking before attending and this can be easily done online. I would definitely visit again and recommend to friends and family.”

“Found this gem just by a chance last Monday. Was not really hungry so we thought just order 2 dishes and 3 of us could share but when they said their roti canai were freshly made not the frozen ones, we gave in. We ordered banana leaves w mutton, nasi lemak beef rendang & roti canai w chicken curry. OMG the mutton curry was out of this world! Just like mom’s cooking! And a big shoutout to the beef rendang! Hit all the spots. We can taste the TLC in that beef rendang! Feel like raya ok! Enough said. Roti + chicken curry didnt disappoint as well. We were happy campers! Keep up the good work guys. We’ll definitely be back whenever we’re London! Or a branch in Birmingham perhaps? We totally had our epic ‘Le Festin’ moments that day. Thanks for the such lovely food!”

“Great choice of local food on their menu. I went for the pork belly with rice, including salad, and springs rolls as a starter/side. Sauce was tangy but not overbearing as the rice and salad helps balance the taste. Vast restaurants here, and would recommend if you’re looking to try a different cuisine!”

“This was one of the best home-style Indian food I ate in the longest time. It was authentic Goan food and the fish was of amazing quality and the sausage chilli fry was just amazing. The bread was so fresh and reminded of Mumbai pao. Would be a regular here for sure.”

“After visiting BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir we came to this restaurant (on the opposite side through the car park). The food was really good and tasty. All dishes are vegetarian we started with samosas and the went for rice naan with the curry and the special paneer. We also took a mango lassi. That was yummy and we also ask mild and it was spicy enough for our taste :) Recommended place after your visit to the Mandir.”

“Went to BoxPark for both my friends' birthdays and I was a bit nervous as I'm new to world cuisine food and ordered from this place. I have never felt in love with the food, especially grilled halloumi fries covered in maple syrup and sprinkled with sesame seeds. I tried to see if I could order from them in my local area but unfortunately they haven't reached to my area yet, just London based at the moment but I definitely buy from them again!”

“Visited this place multiple times. We had Dal bati churma, dahi wada and pav bhaji. Everything was delicious and freshly prepared with authentic taste. We travelled more than an hour to have Dal bati here, one of the best you'll find in London.”

“Went to this restaurant as we were looking for a new place to enjoy Indian food. Being Indians, we are always critical of most places but Masala Canteen surprised us. On entering, we loved the ambience and layout. A lot of care has been taken to make it lively and a pleasant experience. The food was a little bit expensive but after we ate it, we did not regret our decision to come here.
