"I was treated like a victorian tramp queuing for a handout of free gruel, not a paying customer. The rude Indian gentleman who served me clearly had some kind of superiority complex. That was the first time Ive been served ice-cream from a high horse. Won't be returning to this store."
"Staff ignored my family at the door so we had to figure out what to do. Not friendly to neurodiverse individuals. Lighting all very bright LED. Also when asking staff to speak to group of teenagers to calm down as they were disturbing all the other customers not much was done. Food was what you'd expect. I've turned into a Karen but this was stressful and not worth the money."
"When entering creams Orpington I was absolutely amazed at how much option there was for dessert, I love the fact you can see all the food being made infront of you and you can see all the selection of ice cream on show at the front of the shop, after being seated we scanned a QR code on the wall and began to search through the massive selection of desert on offer, in the end I went for the cookie dough in the photo and could not had loved it anymore, I will definitely be going back and can’t wait."

"We visited around 7pm in the evening fortunately the cafe wasn't too busy or noisy and were greeted my a polite and friendly waitress to asked us if we had any preference of seating. Then talked us through the process of ordering. The menu had so much choice and the ingredients were clearly labeled. After ordering our desserts there was a very short wait for our milkshakes to arrive. Both drinks although a little messy were very delicious."
