“Situated opposite the church in the High Street. The venue serves breakfast, lunches and dinner, it also serves cocktails and has a venue at the back you can hire out. On this occasion we went for dinner, We had a bottle of prosseco , my partner had Classic Nachos and I had Mediterranean Halloumi for starters, for main my partner had Steak Fajitas and I had Spicy Fish Pot. The food was excellent as was the service and staff. Well worth a visit it caters for all tastes vegan etc.”

“First impressions when walking into this place is that they’ve clearly tried to set themselves apart here in terms of decor. Environment is modern yet also warm with a few individual touches that gives the place personality. We came on a weekday so the bar on the ground floor was pretty empty but can imagine is a good place to have a couple of drinks before headed upstairs to the restaurant. There is a good range of meats and seafood on the menu, and with a good selection on the set menu choices also. Although did enjoy the food nothing really “outstanding”. “The first time visiting this restaurant and I was pleasently surprised. My friend and I went out for a catch up meal, we were greeted by a very warm waitress and our waiter was very polite and kind. The service was amazing, answering questions and also happy to mix up a mocktail for me. The food came beautifully presented and tasted lovely. I would say the only down side is there is only 1 toilet but it was clean and easy access. The tom yum soup tasted amazing and the noodles I ordered were exactly what I wanted. My friend was very happy with her choice of rice and Thai green curry. Will definitely be returning!! The waiter was a young gentleman who was very friendly and kind, means alot to have great service!!”

“Yet another top curry here with friends. Tried the balti this time which was very tasty and my friends had the dupiaza and karai, ans were equally as tasty. Great bonus to be able to bring our own drinks, because you know you can bring your favourite drinks, instead of what they used to have on offer. Well done chef great food and service.”

“This was my favourite place to stay on our holiday to the UK. So much so that I came back for the last two nights, in order to prepare for the long flight home. Friendly, happy staff who run a clean and homely place to stay. Walking distance to anything one could possibly need, with Beckenham being one of the more relaxed towns that I visited. I couldn't have asked for more, I hope that one day I'll return.”

“The staff were very lovely, they worked with a smile on their face which was refreshing. The room was clean, bedding towels, bathroom etc. The heater was easy to work and warmed up the room relatively quickly. The only thing missing was a hairdryer which was disappointing.”

“I had the most amazing lunch here. Food was great. Was served by an AMAZING young man who sadly doesn't normally work at that branch. Drinks were awesome and our waiter was happy to make menu adjustments for me. I have already booked to return with my mother and son!”

“Order my Star Shine quite regularly (once a month at least) never have any problems with their food. Great sized portions for what you are paying and the occasional free drink. I order via just eat for anyone looking for a good Chinese :)”

“I purchased the Japan rail pass and the SIM card. Because of my phone, I had many questions and trouble with the SIM card. They were very quick to respond every time and at the end, even offered a refund. This is rare as most SIM card is non-refundable. I did not have to take the refund, because I was able to fix the issue (the instruction did not work for my phone). I would use this company again the next time I visit Japan.”
